You can unlock this world quest by setting foot in the vicinity of the Valley of Dahri. It is where an active Ruin Giant is located.

Be Careful & Nimble
Since the Ruin Giant is active, you have to be careful & nimble because it targets & shoots when you are in range. Anemo resonance can give you additional move speed & decreased stamina cost which is helpful when exploring.

| 2 |  Go to the Seelie ahead └ Get close to a loose rock before you got hit by the laser beam to open a path |

| 14 |  Go to the room on the right side and break the 2nd Suda's Flow above. A cutscene is going to show the location of the next Suda's Flow |
