1	Talk to Smiley Yanxiao.
2	Head to the table at the Kitchen and sit.
3	Talk to Smiley Yanxiao.
4	Give him a Bird Egg and Snapdragon
5	Cut the meat in the table.
6	Put water in the cooking pot.
7	Bring the stove up to temperature.

How To Cut The Meat - Tips

To cut the meat, you must first attack the meat in the table with a blade user such as Sword and Claymore.

How To Put Water In Cooking Pot - Tips

Attack the stove with Hydro attacks to put water in the pot.

Bring The Stove Up To Temperature - Tips

Attack it with Pyro this time to heat up the water.

Is there any prerequisite to this quest not mentioned here? I have tried several times talking to Smiley Yanxiao but no matter what i choose from the limited response options no quest triggers. Am i missing something?
