Starconch Locations
Starconches are Found Near Shorelines
All available Starconches are found on the shorelines facing the Sea of Clouds. This starts from the base of Dragonspine below Starglow Cavern, moving towards Yoaguang Shoal, and then down the Southeast portion of Qiongji Estuary before continuing towards Guyun Stone Forest. Each icon on the map yields 1 Starconch.
To maximize your Starconch gathering, consider these strategies:
- Utilize Farming Route for Starconch
- Use Characters with Exploration Utility Passive
- Purchase from an NPC that sell Starconch
- Starconch respawns every 48 hours
- Consider visiting other player's World
Utilize Farming Route for Starconch
Starconch plants can be found in select areas of Liyue, but they are not grouped into a single location. Going to each collection area one-by-one to take the plants may be inefficient. It is recommended to utilize the Farming Route for a faster and more efficient farming.
Use Characters with Exploration Utility Passive
For easier Farming, it is recommended to use characters that reveals the location of Specialties in Liyue. By just putting them in your team, the locations of Starconch will be shown in your mini-map which makes farming for the item easier.
Passive also Shows Location of Other Specialties
The character passive that shows specialties in the mini-map shows all of the specialties in the location. This is not limited to Starconch.
Purchase from an NPC (Baolai) that Sells Starconch

You can purchase 5 pieces of Starconch with 1000 Mora per piece. This refreshes every three days and is a decent way to get Starconch if you only need small amount.
Starconch Respawns every 48 Hours
After getting the Starconches in your world, they will only respawn after 48 hours or 2 Server Time resets after.
Consider Visiting other Player's World
You can also get Starconches by visiting other player's world. This is great for getting large amount of Starconch. Make sure to chat your intentions to the World owner first! You can also use the Item Exchange Thread below:
Farming Routes For Starconch
| Includes a total of 77 Starconch. └ To get the 168 Starconch required to ascend a character to Lv. 90, you'll have to go through this route three times. |

| 13 |  Continue heading east and you'll see two more of it. There is also a windmill mechanism at the end that will lead you to the last one |
| 14 |  You can find one on an isolated land in the south. You can easily get there by using anemo on the nearby windmill mechanism to spawn an air current. |

| 10 |  Go back west and pick up the Starconch along the way |

| 13 |  Now head slightly southwest until you find an isolated island |
| 14 |  Continue along the shore in the south |
| 15 |  Keep going along the shore and you'll find two more in the north |
| 16 |  Head south to the isolated island and pick up the last two Starconch |
