Sandrone is very much intended to be played alongside an Electro applicator and other Cryo supports in a Stellar-Conduct setup. She will take up most of the field time through her Charged Attacks, and wants to always trigger Stellar-Conduct to sustain the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state.

Stat Goals For On-Field DPS Sandrone

The above stat goals are early assumptions and can change after Sandrone's release. As a rule of thumb, you want to have an even one-to-two (1:2) ratio for CRIT Rate to CRIT DMG for optimal results. If Stellar-Conduct is similar in formula to Lunar-Charged, then ATK% and EM would also receive some focus. Her ER requirement will be added after Sandrone's Energy cost, and the importance of her Burst is made known.

Sandrone is built to be a traditional On-Field DPS centered around the Stellar-Conduct reaction. Her weapon choices will reflect this, where offensive claymores are heavily favored for obvious reasons. See below for our top recommendations:

2nd	A Thousand Blazing Suns	Get from Limited Banners - Generally considered the best universal claymore due to the CRIT Rate main-stat and CRIT DMG from the passive, this should be high in Sandrone's weapon option list so long as she is a generic ATK scaler since the other half of the passive increases the equipping character's ATK. - Can still be the better option since the free CRIT Rate and DMG it grants is appreciated for any claymore DPS.
3rd	Wolf's Gravestone	Get from Weapon Banners - An ATK% main-stat weapon that also has an ATK% buff in the passive. - The generous amounts of ATK this claymore enables you to focus more on CRIT sub-stats for Sandrone's Artifacts.
4th	Beacon of the Reed Sea Redhorn Stonethresher Verdict	Get from Limited Banners - CRIT main-stat limited weapons that can work as a stat-stick or have a little more usability with their passives. - The Beacon of the Reed Sea has an ATK% buff if the wielder hits an enemy with their skill. There is another similar increase if the wielder gets hit, and if you manage to do this with Sandrone consistently, this claymore should perform better than the others in the same rank. - Redhorn Stonethresher and Verdict are both stat-sticks typically. Verdict offers more by having an ATK% increase on the passive, but only if Sandrone does use that stat. Conversely, Stonethresher could have slightly better results if Sandrone prefers DEF% instead.
4th	The Unforged	Get from Limited Banners - An ATK% main-stat limited claymore with a modest ATK boost on the passive that Sandrone can easily max since it only requires you to hit enemies. - Could be better if Sandrone has a shielder character, such as Diona.

Most CRIT-based claymores should be at the very least serviceable for Sandrone as a traditional On-Field DPS that wants to have as many offensive stats as possible. An ATK% increase on the passive is also ideal if her abilities do scale with this stat.

For Free-to-Play options, the craftable Fontaine claymore is a straightforward choice for an ATK-scaling Sandrone thanks to the substantial amount of ATK increases it has. The weapon from the Windblume's Breath event is a close second, but it's not as accessible as the craftable.

Work On Offensive Stats For Now

The importance of Sandrone's Elemental Burst in her best combo has yet to be determined since her Burst Energy cost is still unknown. Assuming it's not a DPS loss, you can include Energy Recharge among her priority stats. But until further confirmation is made, you can look to secure pieces with CRIT, ATK, and EM sub-stat lineups.

- Sandrone's Stellar-Conduct team should comprise of an Electro character and additional Cryo characters to activate Cryo Resonance and grant her Cryo particles, in the event her Burst is a decent chunk of her damage profile. - Yae Miko's character buffs have given her the ability to act as a Sub-DPS for Stellar-Conduct and is likely one of the intended Electro options for Sandrone's team as of now. - Qiqi's buffs also put her as a viable teammate option for Sandrone as a secondary Cryo support. - The fourth slot on this team is very flexible and can be filled by any of the other buffed Electro or Cryo Off-Field characters. Escoffier is marginally better than the rest since she can contribute a bit of her own personal DPS.

Sandrone's best Stellar-Conduct team isn't fixed yet since she may see support upgrades once Snezhnaya releases, but for now, you can pair some of the buffed Cryo and Electro characters alongside her, and it should result in serviceable results. Expect this team to feel more cohesive once dedicated Stellar-Conduct supports are introduced.

Dedicated Stellar-Conduct DPS

Sandrone will release as an On-Field DPS for the new Cryo-related reaction: Stellar-Conduct, which is an upgraded Superconduct reaction that can only trigger when a character with a Stellar Linchpin, a special Snezhnaya Vision, is in the party. This is very similar to how Lunar Reactions work.

Enter Radiance: Stellar-Conduct State Inside Polestar Field

When Stellar-Conduct is triggered, it creates a Polestar Field. Sandrone enters the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state whenever she's inside this field. Being in this state is key to a lot of her abilities, such as her Charged Attack and Burst.

Note!	Characters within the Polestar Field gain a special icon under their HP bars, indicating that they are in Radiance: Stellar Conduct state.

Stellar-Conduct Increases Party Cryo and Electro DMG

The Polestar Field stores up elemental energy every time a Cryo or Electro hit lands on an enemy within its area. After a certain amount of hits, this energy is released and grants the party an extra Cryo and Electro DMG% bonus alongside lowering the Physical Resistance of said enemies.

Charged Attack Deals Stellar-Conduct In Radiance State

Sandrone's main DPS ability is her Charged Attack. This summons her special clockwork meka named Fagio. Fagio will enter Decoding mode before firing Cryo beams in a select direction. These beams can deal AoE Stellar-Conduct DMG if Sandrone is in the state enabled by remaining within a Polestar Field.

Burst Deals Damage

Sandrone's Elemental Burst is a lot like any other On-Field DPS Burst, wherein it deals damage to enemies within a certain area. Like her Charged Attack, the Burst will deploy beams that inflict AoE Stellar-Conduct DMG if she is in the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state.

Use Skill to Reset Fagio's Decoding Power

▲ Red indicators will let you know that Fagio has entered overload mode.

Sandrone has a unique mechanic that involves Fagio switching into an overload mode after deploying a certain amount of beams and accumulating Decoding Power, causing its attacks to come out much slower.

To reset Fagio back into its Decoding mode, Sandrone needs to use her Skill to perform maintenance on Fagio to lower its Decoding Power. This should enable the meka to return to its normal rate of fire.

Note!	Her Skill isn't just for lowering Fagio's Decoding Power. It will also cause Sandrone to attack nearby enemies twice.

How To Use Sandrone's Skills & Passives?

Cryo On-Field Stellar-Conduct DPS

Note: Content is based on current available info. Things can still change following Sandrone's official release!

Sandrone is the first dedicated On-Field DPS for the Stellar-Conduct reaction. Her Charged Attacks, where holding down her Normal Attack summons a specialized meka named Fagio to shoot Cryo beams alongside her, her Skill and her Elemental Burst can all deal Stellar-Conduct DMG so long as she is in the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state.

Transform Superconduct Into Stellar-Conduct

Stellar-Conduct is a new reaction involving Electro and Cryo, replacing Superconduct when a character with a Stellar Linchpin is in the party. Sandrone is the first such character to be introduced.

It is very similar to how Lunar Reactions work, and it makes sense for Sandrone to have a passive that slightly increases the base damage dealt by the reaction depending on a particular stat like the Lunar characters.

Enter Radiance State After Triggering Stellar-Conduct

Stellar-Conduct creates a Polestar Field after you trigger the reaction, which happens when you apply Cryo and Electro on the enemy. The order of elements in the application doesn't matter. When characters are within the field, they enter a state called Radiance: Stellar-Conduct. ``

For Sandrone, it does not seem to apply any actual buffs, but is instead an important trigger condition for her abilities.

Summon Fagio to Deal Damage via Charged Attacks

Holding Sandrone's Normal Attack button causes her to deploy a Charged Attack. Her Charged Attacks are unique in the way they summon a meka named Fagio.

Fagio will then shoot Cryo beams at an inputted direction, gaining Decoding Power. This is considered Fagio's Decoding mode. While in Decoding mode, Fagio's attacks will deal AoE Stellar-Conduct DMG so long as Sandrone also maintains the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state by staying inside a Polestar Field.

Note!	Since her Charged Attacks appear to have decent range, the need to stay within the Polestar Field area may not be incredibly hard to manage in practice.

Reset Fagio Through Skill

While firing beams, Fagio will continuously accumulate Decoding Power. Once this resource is fully maxed, the meka enters its Power Overdrive mode, where its attacks are slower. To return or reset Fagio back into its Decoding mode, Sandrone needs to use her Elemental Skill to rapidly decrease Fagio's total Decoding Power.

Sandrone hovers while her Skill is active. Additionally, deploying her Skill causes Sandrone to attack nearby enemies, firing two shots.

Note!	This makes it so that her gameplay loop should cycle through one Charged Attack followed by a Skill use repeatedly.

Burst Also Deals Stellar-Conduct DMG

Provided Sandrone is in the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state, her Elemental Burst that fires a ray of Cryo will be considered Stellar-Conduct DMG.

Whether or not her Burst will be essential for her optimized rotations remains to be seen, but since it can deal relevant reaction DMG, there's a high chance it could be included in her best combos.

Gain Snacks From Katheryne

Like other characters introduced following the release of Nod-Krai, Sandrone also has a special overworld interaction that is meant to make you feel more immersed while playing. After submitting your commissions to Katheryne, she will provide additional rewards in the form of snacks when Sandrone is included in your current active party.

Sandrone also has another unique immersion feature where she can invite certain people for tea. This lets you watch a full in-game conversation between each of the following characters.

Who Is Sandrone (Marionette)?

Seventh Of The Eleven Fatui Harbingers

Sandrone is the seventh of the eleven Fatui Harbingers. She carries the codename Marionette. It is not currently known whether it is a literal description of her or not.

Acts Coldly Yet Caring

In comparison to other Harbingers, Sandrone cares a lot for subordinates to the point that she'd offend Dottore to prevent unnecessary casualties. Despite being given the task of bringing back Columbina, she did not act upon that task due to their friendship.

Known Mechanic & Inventor

Sandrone is shown to be a mechanic and inventor during the Fontaine Archon Quest. She is deeply involved with the Fontaine Research Institute. Her prowess in technology helped in the fight against Dottore.

Related to Alain Guillotin

In the Fontaine Archon Quest, it is revealed that Sandrone is related to Alain Guillotin, being a robot modeled after his sister, Mary-Ann. If you have cleared the entire Narzissenkreuz questline, you can ask Sandrone questions relating to the Narzissenkreuz Ordo.

Was Situated In Nod-Krai

Sandrone was stationed at Nod-Krai to establish the Fatui's control over the region as well as research further on the Moon Goddesses' power. However, due to Dottore's actions in Nod-Krai, she joined the efforts to stop and defeat him.

Returned to Fontaine Research Institute

As one of the legacies of Alain Guillotin, Sandrone was returned to the Fontaine Research Institute after the battle against Dottore. It is unknown what her current state is, but her core is still intact.
