Sandrone is the seventh of the eleven Fatui Harbingers. She carries the codename Marionette. Whether it is a literal description of her or not, it is not currently known.
Has A Complicated Relationship With Other Harbingers
Unlike some of the other Fatui Harbingers, Sandrone seems to relish in her work as a Harbinger as it allows her to continue her experiments and work. She has a complicated relationship with the other Harbingers, having tea parties with them, but treat them rather "coldly".

Sandrone is currently assigned to Nod-Krai. It seems that she's there to establish control over the autonomous region for the Tsaritsa, while also aiming to bring back Columbina who has escaped from the Fatui.
