After triggering Burning, Quicken, or Bloom reactions, all nearby party members gain 30 Elemental Mastery for 6s. After triggering Aggravate, Spread, Hyperbloom, or Burgeon reactions, all nearby party members gain 20 Elemental Mastery for 6s. The durations of the aforementioned effects will be counted independently.

Upon meeting the requirements, the passives will be unlocked automatically. You don't need to activate it or whatnot.

It's possible to have more than 1 active Elemental Resonance for your party. This will require you to have 2 pairs of characters with the same element.
