What Is Mourning Flower?

Mourning Flower Locations
Mourning Flowers are Found in the Girdle of the Sands
The Mourning Flowers are plentiful across the Girdle of the Sands, which is a sub-region of Sumeru's desert that is located Northwest of it. They are typically found near bodies of water or lush greenery above and below ground. There is a good amount of them lining the creek near Temir Mountain and surrounding the waters of the Asipattravana Swamp.
Each icon on the map gives 1 Mourning Flower.
To maximize your Mourning Flowers gathering, consider these strategies:
- Utilize Farming Route for Mourning Flowers
- Use Characters with Exploration Utility Passive
- Mourning Flower respawn every 48 hours
- Consider visiting other player's World
Utilize Farming Route for Mourning Flower
Mourning Flowers can only be found in the Girdle of the Sands in Sumeru, and they are not grouped into a single location. Going to each collection area one-by-one to take the berries may be inefficient. It is recommended to utilize the Farming Route for a faster and more efficient farming.
Use Characters with Exploration Utility Passive
For easier Farming, it is recommended to use characters that reveal the location of Specialties in Sumeru. By just putting them in your team, the locations of Mourning Flowers will be shown in your mini-map which makes farming for the item easier.
Passive also Shows Location of Other Specialties
The character passive that shows specialties in the mini-map shows all of the specialties in the location. This is not limited to Mourning Flowers.
Mourning Flower Respawn every 48 Hours
After getting the Mourning Flowers in your world, they will only respawn after 48 hours or 2 Server Time resets after.
Consider Visiting other Player's World
You can also get Mourning Flowers by visiting other player's world. This is great for getting large amounts of Mourning Flower. Make sure to chat your intentions to the World owner first! You can also use the Item Exchange Thread below:

Mourning Flower Locations - Temir Mountains
Temir Mountains - Aboveground
| Route 1 |  From the Statue of Seven, in the south of Temir Mountains, go down towards the river. |

| Route 2 |  After getting the 4 Mourning Flower in Route 1, just go forward and you can easily spot the 5 Mourning Flowers. |
| Route 3 |  Just across the Route 2 area, you can spot the 2 Mourning Flowers, both are located beside the Hilichurl camp. |

Temir Mountains - Underground
| 1 |  Coming from the Statue of Seven in the south side of Temir Mountains, go down to the river and follow the river path until you reach the underground area. The first one is located below the Treasure Hoarder's camp, the other one is just across the camp which you can spot easily as well. |

Mourning Flower Locations - Asipattravana Swamp
Asipattravana Swamp - Aboveground
| Route 1 |  4 Mourning Flowers can be found on the bottom of the cliff - east side of the river. |

| Route 4 |  From the waterfall area, go forward and you will spot 4 Mourning Flowers. |
| Route 5 |  Located in the middle (small) island. The 2 Mourning Flowers can be spotted below the said island. Be careful as it is surrounded by Spinocrocodiles |

| Route 7 |  Coming from the Route 6's direction, just go across the other side and you will see a 1 Mourning Flower beside the tree trunk. |
Asipattravana Swamp - Underground
The underground - cave area in the Asipattravana Swamp can only be unlocked by completing or during the Khvarena Of Good And Evil Quest.

| 2 |  From the Route 1 location, move forward and at the end there will be a small cave passage on the left, go inside it. Once you are inside, follow the path going down, and you will see the Farrwick on the left side. Behind the Farrwick is a small cave, go inside it and there you will spot the other 2 Mourning Flowers. |
Mourning Flower Locations - Tunigi Hollow
Route 1 - Tunigi Hollow
This underground area in the northwest and northeastern part of Tunigi Hollow will only be unlocked once you have completed the Khvarena Of Good And Evil Quest.
| Route 1 |  From the teleport waypoint, north side of Gate of Zulqarnain (underground), Go down and go to your left side. You can easily see the Mourning Flowers upon entering the cave. |

| Route 2 |  From the teleport waypoint, north side of Gate of Zulqarnain (underground), go down and pass through the crystalized remains of the dragon, continue walking, and just follow the pathway. Once you see the enemies, make use of the Four-Leaf Sigil, and on the last sigil, go to the left side, then enter the cave. Go inside the cave called Hangeh Afyasiyab and will see the 3 Mourning Flowers at the end of the cave. |
Route 2 - Tunigi Hollow
The Tunigi Hollow underground area will be unlocked upon completing the Khvarena Of Good And Evil Quest.

Route 3 - Tunigi Hollow

Route 4 - Tunigi Hollow
| 1 |  From the Tunigi Hollow underground waypoint (west) go to the right side, towards the gate that is half opened. |

This underground area in Samudra Coast will be unlocked upon completing or during the Khvarena Of Good And Evil.
