Since Version 6.0's release date has been confirmed with the Nod-Krai livestream a few months ago, it's likely that the 6.0 Livesteam will happen 12 days before September 10 which is August 29. Travelers can expect a slightly longer livestream since it's a new major patch and the anniversary patch as well.

6.0 New Region - Nod-Krai
Nod-Krai is considered a Country-level region expansion even though it is within Snezhnaya's borders. Though that is the case geographically, the Tsaritsa herself recognized Nod-Krai as an autonomous region based on the premise that the Nod-Kraians will repel the Abyss.
New Nation Mechanic?
As the only Nod-Krai affliated character, Ineffa has a unique ability to enable Lunar-Charged reactions. It's likely that other Nod-Kraians will share this ability and enable reactions related to the moon or have a moon-related ability since Ineffa's Passive is called a Moonsign Benediction Passive.
