During the 5.3 Livestream the Genshin Impact developer team stated that within six months, alongside with the upcoming new characters they will gradually reveal to us the new contents which includes the Nod-Krai area.

Nod-Krai is a land with a long history found not far from Snezhnaya. Mavuika points Nod-Krai to the Traveler as their next destination as not to be in direct conflict with the Fatui.

Mavuika mentioned that the people of Nod-Krai have a mysterious power, that the even precedes the seven elements. What this means is unknown.
Current Stronghold Of The Doctor
Dottore has been found to have his stronghold in Nod-Krai. This was confirmed by Mavuika in the Chapter 5 Act 5: Incandescent Ode Of Resurrection Archon Quest

According to Liben, people across Teyvat gather in Nod-Krai to get some opportunities to get rich. Nod-Krai is also mentioned by Liben as being located in the southern part of Snezhnaya.
