The code at the end of the Nod-Krai livestream gave the date of its release! It will be the next big update after the 5.8 update, moving the Traveler from Natlan to the aforementioned new location.

These characters are newly revealed, meaning that even if they were previously alluded to or talked about in Genshin's story, this is will be their first appearance. It's unknown which ones will be playable or not.

Albedo and the Wanderer showed up with Alice towards the end of the Nod-Krai Trailer. Lore-wise, this could mean that they have a part to play in Nod-Krai's story. On the other end, this could hint at their possible reruns.

Where The Adventurers' Guild Is
The Adventurers' Guild and other amenities like the forge can be found in Nasha Town. This is likely the main hub of Nod-Krai.

It is said that the people of Nod-Krai have a unique power. This could be seen in their ability to deal Lunar reactions. These reactions are entirely different from the reactions that's currently in the game! The first Lunar Reaction revealed is Lunar-Charged.

Nod-Krai does not have an Archon but it does revere the Moon Goddess. It's unknown why, but Columbina can be seen in these statues. There are also two version of the statues, one is caged while the other is free.

Land Not Far From Snezhnaya
Nod-Krai is a land with a long history found at the edge of Snezhnaya. Mavuika points Nod-Krai to the Traveler as their next destination instead of Snezhnaya as not to be in direct conflict with the Fatui.
Inhabitants Have A Mysterious Power
Mavuika mentioned that the people of Nod-Krai have a mysterious power, that even precedes the seven elements. Ineffa is a character from Nod-Krai that utilizes the power of the moon to enable Lunar-Charged reactions. It has been mentioned in the 5.8 Livestream that more Lunar abilities will be released in Nod-Krai.
Home Of A Number Of Factions
Nod-Krai is an autonomous region found at the edge of Teyvat. With this in mind, it hosts a number of factions. Some seeks to protect Nod-Krai, while others seek to take advantage of its unique power.
Current Stronghold Of The Doctor
Dottore has been found to have his stronghold in Nod-Krai. This was confirmed by Mavuika in the Chapter 5 Act 5: Incandescent Ode Of Resurrection Archon Quest
Columbina & Sandrone Are In Nod-Krai
It's been revealed that both Columbina and Sandrone are in Nod-Krai. Based on the trailers, Sandrone is leading the Fatui against any opposing forces, while Columbina is in need of being retrieved.
Other Harbingers May Show Up
It was said during the livestream that there are several Harbingers will also play a part in Nod-Krai's story. Whether it's only Columbina or Sandrone or if there's more is unknown.
Liben Has Visited Nod-Krai
According to Liben, people across Teyvat gather in Nod-Krai to get some opportunities to get rich. Nod-Krai is also mentioned by Liben as being located in the southern part of Snezhnaya.
