A Cryo Support That Can Shred Hydro/Pyro RES Through Frozen/Melt Reaction
Citlali is a Support character who can shred the Hydro or Pyro damage RES of enemies if Frozen or Melt occurs on the field. She uses Nightsoul points to charge Itzpapa who will start dealing Cryo damage once 50 Nightsoul points are available. Aside from being a unique damage-boosting support, she can create a shield to protect allies.

Citlali works best when built as a support. With Scroll Set, she will not only shred resistance but also boost damage for the reaction element. For weapon, the Signature should be the best but you can also use Thrilling Tales Of Dragon Slayers for the ATK buff.
You can go full shields with a full Elemental Mastery build but Citlali's shield is on a weaker end compared to other shielders so building her for damage is recommended. If you are going to build Citlali solely for shields, make sure to at least have 1000 Elemental Mastery.

| While in an area with Phlogiston Mechanics within Natlan, can use Nightsoul Transmission: Citlali. When the active character is currently high enough in the air, the following will trigger when switching to Citlali: Citlali will leap up high, and will deploy White Obsidian Tzitzimitl: Citlalin to float in the air. Nightsoul Transmission can be triggered once every 10s by your party. Holding Aiming Mode will cause Citlali to enter the Spiritspeaker state, which will allow her to interact with Nightspirit Graffiti and Nightspirit Sigils, extracting information and power from them. The rules for interacting with these objects follow the same rules as those governing Iktomisaurus interactions. Additionally, holding the jump button will cause Citlali to consume 75 Stamina and leap. In areas within Natlan where Phlogiston mechanics are present, Citlali will prioritize consuming 5 Phlogiston to leap to a height higher still. When in the air, Citlali can Hold her Normal Attack to consume Phlogiston or Stamina and enter Aiming Mode and trigger Charged Attacks. When initiating Charged Attacks in mid-air, Citlali will prioritize consuming 20 Phlogiston. |

Who Is Citlali?
A Renown Shaman from Natlan
Among Natlan's six (6) tribes is the mysterious Masters of the Night-Wind. Considered as a "living legend" due to how long she has lived, her expertise and knowledge as a Shaman is unmatched within the tribe.
Rendered Immortal for Reasons Unknown
It was revealed that Citlali has lived a longer life than most. Mavuika, the Pyro Archon, mentions that she has known Citlali for at least 200 years and did not expect her to stay cooped up in her house for so long. Citlali's immortality has yet to be explained in the in-game story but it could potentially be explained in the soon-to-release Act 3 of the Masters of the Night-Wind's Tribal Chronicles.
The Revered Granny Itztli
Many of the young generations from the Masters of the Night-Wind revere and fear Citlali, giving her the moniker of "Granny Itztli." Citlali has been sent numerous written challenges but few have managed to keep their graffiti. Nonetheless, she cherishes these youthful fellow tribesmen and sometimes helps them when possible.
Light Novel Enjoyer
The revered Granny Itztli is said to while away her time cooped up in her residence, reading light novels. Ororon, as her "grandson," is familiar with her light novel readings and attempted to have the Traveler distract her with new updates on her favorite series.
