Citlali Is A Resistance Shredder & A Sub-DPS With Shields
Citlali is a character that can shred the Pyro and Hydro Resistance of enemies and can provide off-field Cryo infliction and damage. She can also give shields from Elemental Skill. She possesses Nightsoul in her kit allowing her to use Scrolls set making her a top-class support.
