Skirk's teams prefer to have both Furina and Escoffier, with Escoffier being the most important member of her teams apart from Skirk herself. Her kit is designed to be at its strongest with Freeze, where any other team might type is going to struggle to generate enough Void Rifts for Serpent's Subtlety. Because of this, the team suggestions will instead focus on possible teammates, rather than different elemental reactions.

Skirk's highest potential damage involves using Furina and Escoffier in one team with her. In this setup, Furina and Shenhe will need to be built with more Energy Recharge on their artifacts if you have both their signatures and want to use them. This is to ensure you will still have them Burst consistently every rotation.

However, for an easier time building, you can instead have them equip Energy-related weapons, such as Favonius Sword for Furina and Favonius Lance for Shenhe, to help meet the ER requirements.

Rotation Of Premium Freeze Team

Furina	Yelan Mona Citlali	- Yelan has a ramping DMG% Buff that is lower than Furina's, but will still be appreciated. - Mona can equip Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers which, when paired alongside her Omen buff, can provide a modest DMG increase. Mona needs a lot of Energy Recharge when using Thrilling Tales, so account for this if you want to use her here. - Citlali can hold Thrilling Tales as well, but can also provide the sizeable Cinder City set buff due to having a Nightsoul Burst.
Escoffier	Citlali Charlotte Mika	- In the event you have Furina but no Escoffier, Mika and Charlotte will be your best options since they are both Cryo Healers with teamwide healing. - Citlali is better if you don't have Furina or don't plan to use her with Skirk because she has no healing and her shield is not enough to act as a main sustain with Furina's HP Drain. Citllai will equip Cinder City set and the Thrilling Tales catalyst in this team, while also shredding Cryo RES. - Skirk can also use Calamity of Eshu with her if you have it.
Shenhe	Yelan Citlali Mualani	- Yelan provides another DMG% buff while also helping Furina charge her Burst. - Citlali can hold the Thrilling Tales catalyst and provide the Cinder City set buff, while also shredding Cryo RES. - If you do not have either of the above, Mualani can act as an unconventional Citlali alternative. She will not assume her typical rotations, but will instead use her Skill then Normal Attack once to activate both the Cinder City set and Thrilling Tales.

Skirk will want at least one of either Furina and Escoffier. Furina-only teams will need a teamwide healer to account for the HP drain and to help her build Fanfare stacks. Escoffier-only teams will need another source of off-field Hydro and/or more DMG% Bonus. The last slot in Skirk's teams has a lot of flexibility, where the alternatives will perform similarly provided you do have Furina and Escoffier.
