Evermoon Seal from Nod-Krai
Evermoon Seal is an item that can be randomly found around the Nod-Krai region, and is somewhat similar to the Obsidian Rings mechanics, where you need to gather 3 pieces of the same Evermoon Seal per island, which gives you total of 9 Evermoon Seals.

Use the Evermoon Seal to Unlock Lunar Treasury
The Evermoon Seal can be used to unseal and unlock Kuuhenki's Hidden Trove (treasure) in the Paha Isle, Hiisi Island, and Nasha Town. Note that you need 3 Evermoon Seals for each design in order to unlock the trove.

The Kuuhenki's Hidden Trove in Nasha Town can be found beside The Flagship tavern. By the side of the tavern, you will spot two (2) NPCs that are squatting near the lift. Go to the lift and go down. You will easily see the entrance of Kuuhenki's Hidden Trove.

The Kuuhenki's Hidden Trove in Hiisi Island can be found near the shoreline at the east side of the Frostmoon Enclave.

The Kuuhenki's Hidden Trove in Hiisi Isle can be found inside a hidden cave. You can locate the hidden cave from the east side of the Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau, near the shoreline.
How to Unlock the Hidden Cave ▼Unlock Using the Kuuvahki
To unlock the hidden cave, you need to hit the hermit-crab-like so you will absorb Kuuvakhi's power. Once you indwell with it, it will prompt you to use it to remove the crystal wall that is blocking the cave's entrance.
