Known Information About Snezhnaya

Northernmost Nation
Snezhnaya is most likely found somewhere north of Nod-Krai, and it is fittingly said to be a very cold nation that experiences both constant blizzards and beautiful auroras. Like Nod-Krai, it should also be fairly advanced when it comes to machinery and factories, since it is the first in-game country to have a functioning railway system.
Homeland of the Fatui and the Fae

Snezhnaya is the designated nation of Cryo and serves as home for the surviving Fae lineages. This is also the primary headquarters of the Fatui, who are considered to be a prominent but sometimes antagonistic military organization within the setting of the game.
Under the Cryo Archon's Rule

The Fae and the Fatui, and the ordinary people of Snezhnaya are all under the rule of her royal majesty, the Tsaritsa. She serves as Snezhnaya's highest authority by being the Cryo Archon and the supreme leader of the Fatui.
The Eleven Fatui Harbingers

The Tsaritsa's Fatui are further overseen by eleven Harbingers and their Director. Each of them holds some amount of authority over the organization in relation to their overall goals. The Harbingers are currently ranked based on an unknown metric. Additionally, some of these Harbingers have already become playable, while the rest are known to have come into direct conflict with the Traveler and his or her allies.
Apart from political and commanding power, some Harbingers are also in the possession of a strange elemental power called Delusions that functions similarly to a Vision, allowing them to wield different elemental powers.

The Snowland Fae

Snezhnaya is home to an ancient race known as the Snowland Fae. Information available within the game tells us that the Fae were initially made by the citizens of Hyperborea under the teachings of the first Angel, Koitar.
The Fae were once considered nobility within Snezhnaya during the reign of the previous Cryo Archon, the Belyi Tsar. They have since fallen out of favor once the Tsaritsa became the ruler. The majority of the Fae populace still reside within Snezhnaya, such as in the capital city Snezhnograd, but there are a few who have ventured even further towards Nod-Krai.
There are many subtypes of Fae, and they can also take on different forms and even disguise themselves as humans. Fae do not typically need Visions to use elements, and they also seem to possess their own powers outside of the seven elements.
New & Upcoming Characters Guide Here!Stellar Linchpins

Like the Moonwheels from Nod-Krai, some Snezhnaya characters will have a unique vision type that will let them enable Stellar reactions. Sandrone will be the first character to release with a Stellar Linchpin.
Stellar reactions may be centered around Cryo reactions, similar to how Lunar reactions are Hydro-based.
The Adventurer's Guild's Headquarters

The main headquarters of the Adventurer's Guild can be found in Snezhnaya, since it first originated there. The head manager of the Guild is still unnamed, but it has been made known that some Harbingers are directly involved with the Guild.
Sandrone, the seventh Fatui Harbinger, is the one responsible for creating the Katherynes that are placed in each Adventurer's Guild branch across the seven nations. Pantalone is also the primary financer of the guild, which allows them to pay Adventurers for completing commissions.
Nod-Krai Is Part of Snezhnaya

Nod-Krai can be found at the very edge of Snezhnaya. However, despite being in Snezhnaya, it is an autonomous region that doesn't abide by the Tsaritsa's rule.
