Subdetection Unit can be found on the areas at Linney Region and Fontaine Research Facilities. They are mostly found aboveground on build ruins and remains of machines and boats. If you find a gear laying on the ground, get close to it and there is a chance that a Subdetection Unit is there.

Route Details For ①

1	From the waypoint, head southwest to the waterfalls.
2	At the top of the waterfall, head to the building ruins.
3	Inside the ruins, there is a shelf you can find one Subdetection Unit.
4	Inside the ruins, at east get one Subdetection unit close to the green box. After getting, head northeast to the cliff.
5	From the cliff, glide down and head to the Flame torch.
6	Around the Flame torch, get 2 Subdetection Unit.
7	Head north from the Flame Torch, head to the small island.
8	At the small island, get one. It is close to the gimmick.

1	At the south of Statue of Seven, get 2 Subdetection Unit. Head to the corner of the wall.
2	At the corner wall, get one Subdetection Unit. After getting, head right.
3	Follow the path to the left and get one.

Route Details For ①

1	From the waypoint, head northwest to the gear.
2	Head to the gear and get one Subdetection Unit.
3	Head to the tree southwest to the gear entangled with roots.
4	At the location with gears, get one. Head west to the building.
5	To the front entrance, head to the gear and get one.

Route Details For ②

1	From the waypoint, head northeast to the mountain.
2	Halfway, you will find a gear. Run towards it.
3	At the gear, you can get one.
4	Head north to the ruins.
5	From the ruins, go to the gear by the entrance to get one piece.

Route Details For ③

1	From Waypoint, head southeast to the goal.
2	Go to the area with a Pneuma orb and gimmicks.
3	Get one Subdetection unit right behind the wooden boxes.
4	Head to the slope southeast.
5	At the branching road, follow the path south to the small rubble.
6	Behind the rubble, you can get one Subdetection Unit.
7	Head to the cliff north to find a building. Follow that building.
8	At the pillar beside the stairs, get one. Climb the stairs.
9	After climbing, you will find one at the corner. After getting the Subdetection Unit, head outside.
10	Go to the ladder right beside the entrance and get 2 Subdetection Unit.
11	After climbing the ladder, head right to get one.

Route Details For ④

1	From the waypoint, head south to the broken bridge.
2	By the tip of the broken bridge, get one.
3	Head to the ruins found by the bridge.
4	Head behind the ruins.
5	From behind the ruins, head to the trees and get one.

Route Details For ①

1	Warp and head to the wall that can be seen.
2	Climb the broken wall to the second level of the building.
3	After climbing, climb a broken wall once again.
4	At the edge of the pillar, get one Subdivision Device.
5	From southeast, head to the collapse handrail then head down.
6	After going down, get one Subdivision Units. After getting, follow the handrail heading south.
7	Right beside the gimmick, jump outside the handrail.
8	Jump and head to the building and find 2 Subdivision Units.
9	At the east, follow the path to the right then move towards the wooden boxes.
10	Get 2 Subdetection Unit around the wooden boxes.

Route Details For ②

1	From the waypoint, head to New Fontaine Institute following the North Exit.
2	From the exit, check left to get one Subdetection Unit.
3	To the Northeast Cliff, head to the ruins.
4	Below the ruins, get 2 Subdetection Unit. From the side of the ruins, head north to the slope.
5	From the edge of the cliff Northeast, and head to the Shrine Of The Depths.
6	Right in front of the Shrine Of Depths, there is a cart. You can get one Subdetection Unit there.
7	From the bottom of the south cliff, head to the Ruins that you can see.
8	To the ruin side, head to the gear.
9	Above the gear get one Subdetection Unit.

Route Details For ③

1	From the waypoint, head south to the wooden crates.
2	On top of the box, get one Subdetection Unit. After getting, head on the boat ruins on the other side.
3	At the boat ruins, get 2 Subdetection Unit. (Top of the tree crate and tip of the boat.) After getting, head south.
4	At south of Boat Ruins, get the Subdetection Unit on top of wooden planks.

1	From Waypoint, head north to the building
2	From the entrance of the building, enter the room and get 2 Subdetection Unit. ※ If the entrance is not open, do the In Search of Lost Time Quest

Route Details For ①

1	From the waypoint, head west then head outside the building.
2	Get 2 at the area. After getting, go down the collapse floor.
3	After going down, head east to get 2 pieces. After getting, climb the stairs in front.
4	After climbing the stairs, climb the landing.
5	Head west to the building that can be seen.
6	Pass through the building.
7	After exiting the building, head to the stone mountain on the right side.
8	Pass by the broken wall.
9	Pass the wall, inside the building, you can get 2 Subdivision Unit by the gears.

1	From the waypoint, head to the broken bridge then glide at the bridge with a bit of grass growing.
2	At the broken bridge, get 2 Subdetection Unit.
3	Head north to the area with collapsed floor.
4	At the collapsed floor get 1 Subdetection Unit.

Treacherous Light of the Depths Quest Guide

1	From the waypoint, head south. Head between the Tree and the ruins.
2	Dive in the water
3	After diving, head down then follow the underwater tunnel.
4	After passing by the tunnel, follow the main road.
5	After following the path, head to the big room.
6	At the big room, go right to the ornament.
7	By the Ornament, get 2 Subdetection Units. After getting, head to the platform in the middle.
8	Head north to right before the broken bridge.
9	At the broken bridge, you can see an ornament to the lower left.
10	Get 2 Subdetection Unit right in front of the Ornaments.
11	Head east then towards then follow the wall on the right.
12	Head to the entrance you get to by following the wall. If it is not open, you need to progress with the World Quest, Treacherous Light of the Depths.
13	Head inside the room then jump down to the hole.
14	After going down, head to the room then follow the path.
15	After entering the room, head down the stairs. then head left.
16	At the small house, you can get 2 Subdetection Unit.
17	Head to the area northeast to the pillars on the right side.
18	Right at the bottom of the pillar, get one Subdetection Unit.

Route Details For ①

※You need to clear Road to the Singularity World Quest.

Road to the Singularity Quest Guide

1	At the New Fontaine Research Institute West Waypoint, head Northeast. Afterwards head to the cave.
2	At the end, head down then look back.
3	Get one piece from behind then head southeast.
4	Get one Subdetection Unit southeast, then head down to the lift pointed out in the photo.
5	Head down the lift to get one piece of Subdetection Unit then follow the path.
6	At the fork in the road, follow the arrow in the photo.
7	Follow the path
8	Go down at the end
9	Follow the arrow in the photo and ride the Lift
10	Drop down the lift and get one Subdetection Unit then follow the path.
11	Ride the wind then head above.
12	Head south pointed by the arrow in the image.
13	Once you leave the area with a huge space, drop down the hole.
14	Get one unit at the area where you dropped then head back.
15	After climbing up, head east to the area pointed out by the arrow.
16	You can get one unit after.
17	Follow the direction in the photo.
18	At the fork Road, head to the Elevator.
19	Leave the Elevator and follow the path then head Northeast.
20	Climb to get one Subdetection Unit.
