Creation Guidelines

While the contents (the "Contents") created by GameWith, Inc. (also referred to as the "Company," "we," "us" or "our") are protected by copyright laws and other applicable laws, we welcome the creation and use of user generated content and/or derivative works. We have established the guidelines (the "Guidelines") for you to follow in order to use the Contents and create derivative works.

I. SCOPE & APPLICATION OF GUIDELINES

  • 1. The Guidelines apply to the Contents published at https://gamewith.net/ and their derivative works, of which we have exclusive copyrights. The Guidelines do not apply to the Contents published at https://gamewith.jp/. The rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights and intellectual property rights) to the Content are exclusively owned by us and will not be transferred to you in accordance with the Guidelines.
  • 2. The Guidelines apply only to "individuals" around the world. For corporations or businesses, please contact us before engaging in any Derivative Works.
  • 3. We permits all the Contents, including guides, tools, and wikis, to be used only for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution without permission is prohibited.
  • 4. You are aware that the Contents contain rights belonging to a third party, and if you use content belonging to a third party, you must obtain permission from the third party to use the content.
  • 5. Please comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the terms and rules of any relevant platforms.
  • 6. When you use the Contents and/or create derivative works, you must use the following attribution methods:
    ・Attribution through a hyperlink (where possible) or URL to our articles.

II. Please refrain from creating derivative works that:

  • 1. are considered socially unacceptable;
  • 2. include matters pertaining to any particular ideology, belief, religion, or stance in politics;
  • 3. damage our image or the Content;
  • 4. damage a third party's image, or violate their rights;
  • 5. we deem unsuitable.
