Use Characters with Exploration Utility Passive
It is highly recommended to use characters that reveal the location of Local Specialties. By simply adding them to your team, the locations of Teardrop of the Moon will be shown on your mini-map, which makes farming for the item easier.
Passive Also Shows Locations of Other Specialties
When you equip a character with a utility passive that displays local specialties on your mini-map, it will highlight all of them in the area. This feature is not exclusive to the Teardrop of the Moon, it will also reveal every collectible item nearby.
Teardrop of the Moon Respawns Every 48 Hours
Once you collect Teardrop of the Moon in your world, it will take 48 hours to respawn. Please note that the item respawns exactly two days later, based on the server's reset time.
Consider Visiting Other Players' Worlds
You can also get Teardrop of the Moon by visiting other players' worlds via Co-Op. This is a great way to farm a large amount of this material. Make sure to ask for the world owner's permission first before joining!
