Flins May Release in the 2nd Phase of 6.0
Flins is a character that will be involved in the Archon Quest of Nod-Krai. Because of this, Flins is expected to release with the version 6.0 update alongside Lauma and Aino. The release of 6.0 should be on September 10, 2025.
Since his character introduction tweet came a day after Lauma's introduction, Flins may be released in the Second Phase of Version 6.0.

Flins Has an Electro "Moon Wheel"
In the new teaser PV for Nod-Krai, Flins was seen with an Electro Vision located at his back. Like Lauma, his Vision is labeled as a "Moon Wheel" in his introduction tweet. His weapon type is currently unknown.
Since Electro has plenty of reactions, he could have a kit related to the new Lunar Reactions.Flins is the First Official Lightkeeper
Flins' first official character introduction officially calls him a warrior of the Lightkeepers, which is a clear indication to him being part of this faction. Furthermore, the lamp he carries around is very much associated with the Lightkeepers according to the faction's teaser art.
Keeps Vigil at a Graveyard
In the Song of the Welkin Moon teaser, Flins can be seen standing guard at a graveyard close to what seems to be the shadow of a Lighthouse. He is later shown fending off several unknown entities with his (assumed) Lightkeeper abilities.
The Lightkeepers are implied to be fighting against the Wild Hunt in the description of the Long Night's Oath Artifact pieces, so Flins is likely to be doing just that in this part of the teaser.
