Lunar-Charged Sub-DPS & Shield Support Ineffa
Ineffa's intended role is to be the Lunar-Charged Sub-DPS who can enable the reaction and create shields for the team. By turning Electro-Charged reactions to Lunar-Charged, she can greatly improve the team's damage with her buff and the reaction's ability to deal CRIT hits.
Pros and Cons of Sub-DPS & Support Ineffa
| Pros |
|---|
| - Easy to use. |
| - Not reliant on Elemental Burst for off-field Electro damage. |
| - Only needs ATK for Shield HP and Lunar-Charged Damage buff. |
| - Does not have strict team composition requirements compared to other characters with similar abilities of boosting specific reactions. |
| Cons |
| - Stat priority can be confusing due to Lunar-Charged scaling on Elemental Mastery (and ATK for Ineffa's direct Lunar-Charged DMG). └ The addition of Lunar Reaction buffers allows you to skip building EM on her, allowing Ineffa to focus on ATK for damage and shield. |

Basics of Using Ineffa (Beginner Guide)
Electro Sub-DPS for Lunar-Charged
Ineffa can convert Electro-Charged into Lunar-Charged by being in the team. Lunar-Charged is a reaction introduced in Version 5.8 that scales on Elemental Mastery and can deal CRIT hits. All team members contribute to its damage and Ineffa's Passive buffs it based on her ATK.
Scales on Elemental Mastery, ATK and CRIT
| Summary of Ineffa's Scaling |
|---|
| - Shield HP, Reaction Buff & Skill DMG scales on ATK. - Reaction Lunar-Charged DMG scales on Elemental Mastery. Ineffa's Direct Lunar-Charged Attack via Birgitta scales on both ATK and EM but scales more on ATK. - Ineffa's attacks & Reaction Lunar-Charged scale on the team's overall CRIT. |
Ineffa's scaling is similar to the Moonsign characters that came after her. If you want to focus on her personal damage as a Sub-DPS, building ATK over EM can work but if you want her to contribute for the Lunar-Charged damage bonus, you can build EM after reaching 2000 ATK on Ineffa.
Use Elemental Skill for Shielding & Off-Field Electro
Ineffa's Elemental Skill summons Birgitta and creates an Electro shield that scales on her ATK. Birgitta can deal off-field Electro damage and deal Direct Lunar-Charged DMG as a coordinated attack when Lunar-Charged clouds deal damage.
Elemental Burst buffs EM for Active Character & Ineffa
Ineffa's Elemental Burst can reset Birgitta's duration, allowing her to remain on-field longer. It will also summon Birgitta if she's not on the field yet. Using her Burst will also buff Elemental Mastery of the active character and Ineffa by 6% of her ATK.
| Ineffa Elemental Burst Effect |
|---|
| - Deals AoE Electro DMG and summons Birgitta if she is not in the field yet. Resets Birgitta's duration if she is already on the field. Passive Effect: - When using Ineffa's Elemental Burst, all your party members will have their Elemental Mastery increased by 6% of Ineffa's ATK for 20s. |

|---|
| Base Damage of Lunar Charge × Passive (14%) × Elemental Mastery Percentage × CRIT × Resistance of Enemies |
| Damage If Done by 2 Characters |
| High Lunar-Charged Damage + (Low Lunar Charge Damage ÷ 2) |

| Birgitta Quick Guide | |
|---|---|
| How To Summon | - Use Elemental Skill - Use Elemental Burst. |
| Effect | - Deals AoE Electro DMG every 2 seconds. - Duration 20 sec. & Cooldown 16 sec. |

| Passive: Overclocking Circuit |
|---|
| - When the thundercloud from Lunar-Charge exist, Birgitta will deal additional attack. - Additional attack deal Electro damage equal to 65% of Ineffa's ATK. - Is considered as Lunar-Charged Damage. |

Amazing Buff & Sustain Capabilities As Well
| Buffs | - Elemental Mastery Buff based on ATK (6%) └ Affects Ineffa and on-field Character. - Buff for Lunar-Charge (Max +14%) |

This allows Ineffa to be a top-class support and sustain while being a top-tier off-field DPS.
Important to Get At Least 2000 ATK
Ineffa's 3rd Passive can increase the Lunar-Charged Damage dealt by 0.7% based on every 100 ATK Ineffa has and caps at 14%. To reach the max value, you will need 2000 ATK on Ineffa. Building more ATK on Ineffa is fine since it boosts the shield HP and personal damage.
Should You Pull for Ineffa's Constellation Or Best Weapon?
Prioritize Fractured Halo
| Signature VS Constellation |
|---|
Fractured Halo > C1 |
Fractured Halo is Better than C1 for Lunar-Charged Damage
While Ineffa's C1 increases Lunar-Charged Damage as well, her Signature Weapon can increase her CRIT DMG, ATK and Lunar-Charged Damage. It lowers the ATK needed from her Artifacts, allowing for more Elemental Mastery built to reach the needed amount for Lunar-Charged's Reaction damage increase.
C1 is a Good Stopping Point
If you want to improve the Lunar-Charged damage dealt, Ineffa's C1 is enough for it. Her other Constellations only give a Shield to Co-Op teammates and additional attacks that deal Lunar-Charged Damage.

Who Is Ineffa?
A Maid Robot Affiliated with a Faction from Nod-Krai

Ineffa is a robot who originates from Nod-Krai and left to search for the Traveler and Paimon. Aino is her creator and the owner of Clink-Clank Krumkake Craftshop.
Parts are from Different Nations
Ineffa is built with parts from different nations. Her hairpiece is from Mondstadt, her joints from Fontaine, her metal shell from Liyue, and her core from Natlan's Ancient Dragon Civilization. While many of her parts are changed, only her core remained even though Aino was tempted to dismantle it to study its technology.
