1: Accept Bountiy At Mondstad or Liyue NPC
Accept Bounties at Mondstad or Liyue NPC. You can accept bounties for 3 times at maximum and the number of times you can accept bouties is shared between Monsdatd and Liyue, which means you need to choose which city reputations you want to progress.
You can earn 300 Reputation EXP A Week
You can choose bounties from 60, 80, 100 EXP rewards type. However, you can repeat 100 EXP reward one for 3 times and it is recommended to get the most out of bounties.
2: Find 3 Tracks in A Specified Area
Open the map and find a yellow circle, which is the target area you need to find the target enemy.
Use "Elemental Sight" To Know the Location of Tracks
Elemental Sight will give you an idea of hint locations. In the case of screenshot, the hint is located somewhere in back side of the character.

3: Find & Defeat the target enemy
Find The Target Enemy With Elemental Sight
After finding 3 tracks, you can use the Elemental Sight to know the location of the target enemy.

Target Enemy has a triangle symbol on top of it, defeat like your daily routines!
4. Back To City Reputation Area
After beating the target enemy, you can claim the Bounty Rewards at the City Reputation Area Location.

You may wonder where to confirm your reputation and accept Bounties. There is a NPC to talk to both in Mondstadt and Liyue.
