Tracing Vanishing Trails is a limited-time event that is included in version 5.8. It focuses on Yelan's mission as a spy investigating a specific case, which will take place in the Fontaine region.

Before you proceed to searching for some evidence, you will need to check an image and match it to the boat located in the port area of Yilong Wharf. You can check the video above for reference.

Dismantle The Bombs On The Cargo Ship

For the On The Cargo Ship task, while Yelan is busy talking to the other guys, you will be tasked to located the 5 bombs inside the ship. You can check the images on the table below for reference.

Suspicious Buyers At The Auction Site

The next location will be at the Hotel Debord, where you will be searching for three (3) suspicious buyers wearing a specific badge. You can check which NPCs to spot by checking the images on the table below.

Final Capture Location

As for the Final challenge, it is located at the Beryl area in the Fontaine Region. You can check the map above for reference. You will also need to defeat the Dark Financier, Rovere Pellicia during the last leg of the quest.
