Chronicled Wish Banner - Should You Pull On It?
When it comes to choosing what to pull on any banner, you preference should always go first! Pull for who you like regardless of meta or recommendations.
Choose Limited-Time Characters/Weapons
The Chronicled Banner mixes in together both Standard Banner and Limited-Time Banner characters and weapons. Since Standard Banner items can be pulled at any time, it's best to focus on Limited-Time items in the Chronicled Banner instead.

| Since the Standard Banner 5-Star characters can be obtained if you lose the 50/50 banner and through the Standard Banner, it is not recommended to aim for them in the Chronicled Wish Banner. Instead, it is better to just wait for them to drop through these instead and focus on characters and weapons not always readily available. |
Pull Strategically To Get Masterless Fortuna
With the 6.0 Update, players can now raise their character's level cap to 100 with Masterless Fortuna gained from C6+ characters. If your Dehya or Tighnari is C5 or C6, this is a good chance to pull for them in the hopes of getting Masterless Fortuna.

The other characters are not as recommended due to being part of the Standard Banner. Between Dehya and Tighnari though, Tighnari has more value in the current meta.
Recommended Weapons Explained
It's only recommended to pull for these weapons when you have the character who's BIS is that particular weapon. Pulling for a "universal" weapon is not good investment-wise as you can just save your pulls for a character's BIS instead.

Choose A "Chronicled Path"
The Chronicled Wish will allow you to choose a "Designated Item" between the available characters and weapons in the banner. This does not guarantee that you will get that item, but it will make it easier for you to get it.
50% Chance To Get The Designated Item
There is a 50% chance to get the Designated Item you chose with every 5 Star item you get. If you don't get the Designated Item, you will earn a Fate Point instead.
1 Fate Point Guarantees Your Designated Item
Once you have 1 Fate Point, this will guarantee that you will get your Designated Item when you get another 5-star in the banner. Fate Points are specific to the item you chose! If you decide to change your Designated Item, your Fate Point will go back to 0.
Fate Points Will Expire With The End Of The Current Chronicled Wish
Fate Points do not carry over across different Chronicled Wish Events. Only Wish Pity Count will carry over.
Designated Item Will Determine What You Obtain
if you choose a character for your Designated Item, you can only obtain Characters for when you pull a 5-Star. Meanwhile, if you choose a weapon, only weapons can be your 5-star pulls.
