Periodic Projectile That Deals Physical DPS
When landing hits with Normal Attack, Skyward Atlas has a chance to conjure a wisp. It releases a projectile periodically that deals Physical DMG and scales with the user's ATK.
Consistent Elemental Damage Bonus
The ATK sub-stat is helpful for increasing the damage output & the consistency of Elemental Damage Bonus is still in effect even if the user is not on the field. While it could be difficult to reach a good CRIT stat ratio, this catalyst is incredible nonetheless.

Skyward Atlas is a ATK-stat stick and Elemental DMG booster weapon that can be used by any Catalyst DPS scaling on ATK. It also favors Normal Attack DPS since its skill has a chance to deal damage to enemies based on ATK. Ningguang, Heizou, and Wanderer can use this weapon.
