Complete "The World is Your Canvas!" Quest from the Sunspray Summer Resort Quest
Once the Tete Isle is unlocked after completing "The World is Your Canvas" quest, Travelers can go to Tete Isle to find the start location and quest NPC for this quest. It's likely that the event questline will be permanent but it's recommended for Travelers to do it while the event is active.

Icahua can be found at the Northeast corner of Tete Isle. After teleporting to the Waypoint next to the wooden platform, go to the highest level possible on the platform and indwell the Asha there. Use its Grappling Skill to easily jump to the platform Icahua is on.

- Talk to Icahua and choose the dialogue option about helping him.
Setup the targets in the marked areas.
Ｌ The targets on the center and right will spawn enemies.- After placing all markers, go back to where Icahua was and talk to the NPC wearing an eyepatch. Both dialogue options will still give you the reward.
