Zibai Works Best As a Crystallize DPS

Zibai's intended role is to be a Lunar-Crystallize DPS focused on triggering the reaction and dealing powerful damage. She can be used in Mono Geo and Crystallize-Shatter teams, but they don't fully utilize her kit.

Aside from Zhongli, Illuga and Columbina are the best characters to pair with Zibai due to their specific Lunar-Crystallize buffs. Note that Illuga's Skill and Burst do deal Geo DMG but the cooldown is longer than Silken Moon Serenade's 4-piece effect, which causes uptime issues unless Illuga has his C2, which allows him to deal off-field DMG.

Zhongli is able to trigger the Instructor 4-piece set effect provided his pillar remains on the field and deals damage via construct resonance. Instructor on Zhongli may drastically lower the effectiveness of his shielding. If you find survivability an issue, you can give Zhongli a combo of two sets that give HP% for their 2-piece effect, such as Vourukasha's Glow and Tenacity of the Millelith.

Replacing him may lead to slightly worse results. - Xilonen can help shred Geo and Hydro RES but requires a 2nd Hydro to activate her RES Shred. - Albedo can help trigger more Lunar-Crystallize and with the Secret Rite effect, which helps his flower deal more damage and become more durable against enemy damage.
Columbina	Aino Yelan Xingqiu	- Aino can help increase the Moonsign level of the team and apply Hydro for Lunar-Crystallize. - Yelan and Xingqiu apply Hydro when Zibai triggers their Burst's coordinated attacks. - Yelan is preferred for her HP scaling, which can boost Lunar Reaction DMG via the Ascendant Gleam effect.
Zhongli	Gorou Mona	- Gorou can be used as a replacement for Zhongli since he provides DEF buffs. He's the 'less-comfort-more-dps' option for Zibai, since Zhongli is effectively the best sustain option for Zibai. - If using Albedo, Mona is a good replacement for Zhongli to enable the Secret Rite effect.

Lunar-Crystallize teams don't strictly need three Geo characters; using only two is also a viable option.

Illuga, especially at C6, is Zibai's ideal support due to his synergistic Lunar-Crystallize buffs. However, the performance of the team above should be about equal to Zibai with only C0 Illuga in terms of damage potential, and may surpass it if you have constellations on any of the team members.

Despite the majority of Zibai's damage being Lunar-Crystallize, she does infuse her Normal Attacks with Geo after activating her Skill, allowing the DMG% buff from Furina and the Cinder City set to not go to waste. Note that Zibai's DPS will still be lower, but the off-field damage contribution coming from Furina and Columbina helps compensate, allowing this team to deal decent DPS overall.

It's recommended not to use Zhongli with Furina since her Fanfare stacks require a healer. - Gorou gives useful DEF buffs, but is better placed in a team without Furina. - Any other teamwide healer can be a choice, though expect the DPS to be lower due to lack of RES shred.
Furina	Chiori Mona Yelan	- Furina can be swapped out for any support that gives a DMG% buff or works in Geo tespaams, like Chiori and Mona.
Columbina	Aino	- Aino is the best alternative for Columbina in this Zibai team setup without Illuga, although expect the DPS and the playability (due to Aino's smaller ability AoE) to be lower. - Aino activates Ascendant Gleam which helps you gain Radiance stacks for Zibai's Special Skill faster.

Columbina is necessary for the team to be at least competitive into harder endgame content, since her buffs and DPS contribution can fill in the gaps left by Illuga's abscence, especially since Zibai deals less personal damage in this team.

Durin	No Replacement	- Durin cannot be replaced in this Mono Geo team. If you don't have him, it's recommended to use a Lunar-Crystallize or Crystallize-Shatter team instead.

It's best not to replace Illuga, since he can increase the team's Moonsign level and help Zibai gain more stacks.
