How To Link Your Genshin Account?Is Genshin Impact Cross Platform?
Yes, Genshin Impact is currently available on multiple platforms including PC, Mobile (Android/IOS), PS4, PS5 and Xbox X | S. It also supports crossplay which means you can use your account in multiple devices!
Nintendo Switch Release Date

Genshin Impact On Nintendo Switch Release DatePS4 Discontinuation Announced
In a recent notice from HoYoVerse, it has been announced that the PS4 version for Genshin Impact will be discontinued. See the related dates for the store removal, in-game purchases delisting and end of update support.

PS4 players can bind their accounts to other login methods by going to the Paimon Menu > Settings > Account > User Center. After December 17, 2025, a binding prompt will appear periodically even on an old version of the game if you opened the PS4 version past the update discontinuation.
Still Playable Before April 2026
While the Playstation Store Removal will happen on Version 6.0, PS4 players that have downloaded the game beforehand can still play it before April 2026. After April 2026, it's recommended to bind your account on other login methods.
Cross Saving - How To Transfer Data?

Data is saved to your account and not the device you're playing on. This means that so long as you use the same miHoYo account, you can access your game file on different devices.
Character Data Cannot Be Transferred Across Servers
If you decided to play on a different server, you can easily change the server of the account from the title screen. However, you cannot transfer your character data from one server to another.

You can link your PSN account to your Mihoyo account enabling you to transfer your data from various devices. However, the email used in your PSN account must not be already registered to Mihoyo.
