What Is Portable Bearing?

| Detail | A portable bearing of a type that was mass-produced after the Fatui moved into Nod-Krai. Excessively worn units are discarded like obsolete personnel. A few of them have a vestige of kuuvahki left inside. As they are difficult to imitate, they are occasionally used as currency by merchants in Nasha Town. It's said that people tried to forge these bearings for that reason, but went bankrupt in the end because the cost of forging them was higher than their market value. |

Portable Bearing Locations - Interactive Map
Portable Bearing Can Be Found All Over Lempo Isle
As a local specialty, Portable Bearings can only be found in select areas at Lempo Isle in Nod-Krai. There will be some littering the area north of the Clink Clank Krumkake Craftshop, and a few more towards the north and south of the Barrowmoss Barrens. A large majority of the Portable Bearings in the overworld can be gathered in the area starting from Blue Amber Lake, around the northwest waypoint, and then further north towards the Nothing Passage.
To maximize your Portable Bearing gathering, consider these strategies:
- Utilize Farming Route for Portable Bearing
- Use Characters with Exploration Utility Passive
- Portable Bearing respawns every 48 hours
- Consider visiting other player's World
Utilize Farming Route for Portable Bearing
Portable Bearing are found in scattered areas across Lempo Island in Nod-Krai. Since going to these individual locations is time-consuming, it's recommended to utilize a Farming Route for faster and more efficient material gathering.
Use Characters with Exploration Utility Passive
For easier farming, it is recommended to use characters that reveals the location of Specialties in Nod-Krai. By just putting them in your team, the locations of Portable Bearing will be shown in your mini-map which makes farming for the specialty easier.
Passive Also Shows Location of Other Specialties
The character passive that shows specific specialty locations on the mini-map will locate all of the specialties found in the surrounding area. This is not limited to Portable Bearings.
Portable Bearing Respawns Every 48 Hours
After gathering all the available Portable Bearing in your world, they will eventually respawn after 48 hours or an equivalent to two 2 Server Time resets.
Consider Visiting Other Player's World
You can also gather more Portable Bearings by visiting other player's world. This is great for getting large amounts of Portable Bearing if the other player hasn't taken them already. Make sure to chat your intentions to the World owner first! You can also use the Item Exchange Thread below:
Portable Bearings Can Be Pulled with Kuuhvaki Energy
