Kaveh Is An Attacker That Focuses On Blooms

Kaveh is a character that focuses on dealing Dendro damage and has the ability to quickly make Bloom explode quickly and buff its damage making him an on-field DPS that focuses on Blooms.

Heals From Bloom Rupture DMG

What makes Kaveh unique from other Dendro DPS is that he heals from Dendro Bloom explosion damage boosting his survivability in Bloom Teams even without a powerful healer.

Strengths
- Is not affected by rupture damage allowing him to be a great asset at Bloom teams. - Ability to buff Bloom reactions is desirable. - Consistent Dendro infliction during Elemental Burst.

A Burst-Focused DPS That Uses Bloom Reaction

Kaveh is a character that uses Elemental Burst boost the damage of Bloom while fighting as an on-field DPS. While on Elemental Burst, Normal and Charged Attack will be infused with Dendro so having a Hydro character on-field will allow Kaveh to easily produce Bloom reaction. Take note that this does not include Hyperbloom or Burgeon.

Effect Of Elemental Burst
- Upon activation, make all blooms around you explode. - Gives Dendro infusion to Kaveh's Normal, Charged and Plunge Attacks. 　└ Increases AoE & Resistance to Interruption. - Increase the Bloom DMG of whole team. 　└Does not include Burgeon & Hyperbloom. 【Passive】 - Increase EM by 25 every hit of Normal/Charge/Plunge Attacks. 　└Once every 0.1 sec. (Max 4 Stacks)

Elemental Skill Makes Bloom Instantly Explode

Similar to Elemental Burst, upon using the Elemental Skill, all the blooms around the area of the skill will immediately trigger. The skill itself does not have huge damage so it is better to treat it as a 'switch' to trigger blooms.

Kaveh Heals From Rupture Damage Of Bloom Reactions

Because of the passive of Kaveh, the rupture from Bloom which normally damages your player will instead heal Kaveh. If you are using Kaveh as an on-field character on Bloom teams, you do not need to care about the damage from Blooms. While dependent on the situation, you can also play Bloom Teams without relying on healers.

Works Well With Nilou

The passive healing and buff of Kaveh works with the Bloom made by Nilou's skill. The damage buff applies to all team members furthering the damage of Blooms. When playing Nilou teams, remember that you have Kaveh as a Dendro option.

Update: Yelan + Nahida + Nilou + Kaveh/Baizhu makes an interchangeable optimum build for Kaveh. Any hydro can replace Yelan, but C6 Yelan makes this an SSS team.

There are two (or three) exceptions to the hydro EM rule. Beside Nilou, Ayato and Kokomi allow Kaveh and another dendro, including Nahida, trigger blooms themselves. I makes very strong blooms bc of Kaveh high EM. With all the simultaneously available buffs he can reach up to 2000EM.

also, if you decide to use anemo as your flex spot, dont give them VV. your hydro unit WILL be EM/EM/EM, so the res shred will do almost nothing. give them 4pc instructors so you can focus on other stats. the passive will give all units EM as well, so you can give your hydro more ER or crit as well.

tip: if youre using double dendro (especially nahida), your hydro unit will. and i repeat WILL. trigger all of your blooms. you will have to use EM/EM/EM on your hydro units AND kaveh. its better to give your hydro unit FoPL and give kaveh 4pc gilded instead.
