"The Visionary" - One Of The Five Sinners Of Khaenri'ah
Vedrfolnir was named by Dainsleif as one of the Five Sinners of Khaenri'ah. He was once considered an outstanding person, but when the Vinster King pushed forward with his plans, Vedrfolnir and the rest of the Sinners did not do anything to protect Khaenri'ah.
Shares The Power Of The Abyss
According to Dainsleif, Vedrfolnir and the rest of the Sinners could not resist the call of the Abyss and shared the power amongst each other. But even with such power, they did nothing when the Cataclysm happened, leaving their people to their sad fate.

Vedrfolnir is Dainsleif's older brother as revealed by Dainsleif himself during the Archon Quest "Bedtime Story".
