Philanemo Mushrooms are Found in Mondstadt Proper and in the Windwail Highland

Philanemo Mushrooms can be found near dwelling places such as the buildings and houses in Mondstadt, Springvale and Dawn Winery. They can grow in chimneys, under the eaves of houses or other high places. You can only get 1 Philanemo Mushroom for each icon on the map.

Philanemo Mushroom Locations - Mondstadt City

1	Teleport to the waypoint at the Knights of Favonius Headquarters and head to the windmill in the south.
2	There's 2 at the top of the windmill.
3	There's 4 at the bottom of the windmill.
4	Go to the house near the windmill to find one on the east side of the house.
5	Head for the windmill in the east.
6	There's 2 at the top of the windmill.
7	There's 2 more at the bottom of the windmill.
8	Head for the house in the southeast as shown in the image.
9	You can find 3 on the south side of the house.
10	There's 2 on the house across the street.
11	Go a little further east and you'll find 3 on the walls of two houses.
12	Head for the house in the north (Use the roofs to go there).
13	There's 2 on the wall at the top of the house.
14	There's one in the north of the previous house. You can also find 2 on the wall of the tavern.
15	From the roof of the tavern, proceed along the castle walls until you get to the house in the west.
16	There's one on the wall of the house.
17	There's one on the wall of the house in the west.
18	Head south and go in front of Goth Grand Hotel.
19	There's 2 on the wall of the hotel.

Route 1 - Windwail Highland:

1	Teleport to the waypoint in Springvale and head for the house in the south.
2	There's 2 on the north side of the house.
3	There's 1 at the back of the house.
4	Climb the cliff in the south.
5	There's one near the storage shed up the cliff.
6	Go further south and climb up the cliff.
7	There's 2 on the house at the top of the cliff.
8	There's 1 on a branch of a tree in the east.
9	There's 2 on the roof of the house nearby.
10	There's 2 more on the roof of the neighboring house (north)
11	Go further to the next house (north) to find one on a tree near Brook.
12	There's one on a house in the east.
13	There's 2 on the roof of the house.
14	You can find 1 on the west side of the house.
15	Go to the windmill in the southwest.
16	There's 1 at the back of the windmill.
17	There's 1 on the east wall of the windmill.

Route 2 - Windwail Highland:

1	Teleport to the Statue of the Seven in Dawn Winery and head southwest.
2	There's 2 on the house at the end of the path.
3	Head further southwest and you'll find 2 on the next house.
4	Head for the house in the west to find 1 on the north wall.
5	There's one on the roof of the house.
6	There's one more at the back of the house.
