Ifa's Release Date

Expected To Be Released On 5.6 Version

Ifa finally made his appearances in-game during the 5.5 Update. He will likely be released as the next playable character in the 5.6 version update of the game, hence, the 5.6 Update is expected to be released on May 7, 2025.

Confirmed As One Of The Silhouettes

Although he will not be a playable character during the 5.5 Version Update, it is confirmed that Ifa will become a soon-to-be playable eventually! He is one of the silhouettes shown during the 5.3 Livestream.

Appears In The 5.5 Livestream

Ifa showed up and was finally introduced in the 5.5 Livestream. However, he is introduced as an NPC, not as a Playable Character.

First Shown As A Mural Drawing

Ifa was shown in the Mural during the Archon Quest Chapter 5: Act 4. In the mural, Ifa was shown to have white hair and tanned skin. He is wearing a hat and seems to have a saurian close to him.

A Male Natlan Sauro-Veterinarian

According to Mualani, Kachina, and Kinch's voice lines, Ifa is a well-known sauro-vet from the Flower-Feather Clan in Natlan who does well with his job and he is also efficient in everything that he does when it comes to treating the saurians. Ifa is most probably their go-to veterinarian whenever something bad happens to their saurian companions.

Seems To Be Close To Ororon

Ifa was frequently mentioned in Ororon's backstory. They are closed friends who spend time together a lot. Ifa helps Ororon deliver vegetable and messages to Citlali.

Kachina	Ifa's a really amazing sauro-vet! Any little Saurian who sees him comes back and starts living a healthy life! They eat right, sleep well, don't cause trouble, and basically don't get sick again! So whenever a Saurian's looking sick, everyone's first thought is to ask him to fly over and have a look!
Mualani	Ifa is the best! No matter what we invite him to do, he's always happy to join. And he's super quick and efficient at everything, too. If he wasn't already working as a vet, I think he'd make a pretty great water sports coach. Hmm? Is he from a different tribe? Well, yeah, but that won't be a problem at all!
Kinich	I've enlisted his services before. It was when Ajaw said he was "ill"... Whatever it was, he was ranting and crying incessantly. So, I figured it only made sense to take him to the best sauro-vet I could find. And he really is a pro. Ajaw wasn't inside for long, but when Ifa brought him out, he was cured. Ajaw: Gah... What do you know about medicine! He's not even a real doctor, he's a quack! A charlatan! ...You weren't even there, you don't know what he said! Ugh.
Chasca	Chuychu and my dad have discussed medicine with him countless times. So after I got back from the airborne workshop, the first thing I did was take Coya to get checked out by him. But he seemed so dismissive — he took one glance, said "it's nothing serious, Cusco can handle it," and then immediately left to deal with another patient... *sigh* He was right, of course. I was just worrying too much.
Xilonen	Ifa has come to the tribe before to heal some Tepetlisaurs. He is very skilled, and knows how to care for his patients. Even the most rambunctious Saurians will sit quietly when he's around. Ifa said it's all thanks to the set of Saurian syringes I made for him. Even without the needle on it, it's enough to deter any person or Saurian from misbehaving. Would you like to see it? I still have a sample set if you're interested. Wait here, I'll go fetch the biggest one... Huh? Why are you backing away? The needle isn't even attached, it's completely safe.
Ororon	Ifa may scold his patients a lot, but he actually has a great relationship with the saurians. Whenever he has some time off, he'd play the guitar in front of the clinic, and a bunch of saurians would gather around and sing along. Although, it's more like noise than actual singing. I like to join in when I'm around, too... with the saurians, I mean.
Mavuika	The truly great doctors often possess vast medical knowledge as well as great communication skills. And, when the patient and the doctor do not speak the same language, observation and empathy become even more important. That's why Ifa can make friends with just about anyone. Suffice it to say, if someone is on bad terms with Ifa — human or saurian — I doubt the problem lies with him, haha.
