Ifa was shown in the Mural during the Archon Quest Chapter 5: Act 4. In the mural, Ifa was shown to have white hair and tanned skin. He is wearing a hat and seems to have a saurian close to him.

According to Mualani, Kachina, and Kinch's voice lines, Ifa is a well-known sauro-vet in Natlan who does well with his job and he is also efficient in everything that he does when it comes to treating the saurians. Ifa is most probably their go-to veterinarian whenever something bad happens to their saurian companions.
