Ifa was shown in the Mural during the Archon Quest Chapter 5: Act 4. In the mural, Ifa was shown to have white hair and tanned skin. He is wearing a hat and seems to have a saurian close to him.
Might Be One Of The Silhouettes During 5.3 Livestream
During the 5.3 Livestream at the last part of the stream, the developer showed some character silhouettes that are said to be the upcoming characters in the game. Based on the wood painting of Ifa, the silhouette resembles Ifa's appearance together with a saurian above his shoulder.

Ifa is most probably their go-to veterinarian whenever something bad happens to their saurian companions.
