What is the Snowland Fae?
A Faction In Nod-Krai
The Snowland Fae is one of the eleven (11) factions in Nod-Krai. They have ties with Snezhnaya as the followers of the First Cryo Archon, the Belyi Tsar. Though their authority has long faded, they can still influence the nation in some way.
Former Members of Snezhnaya's Royal Court
In the artifact story of Long Night's Oath, it was revealed the royal court of Snezhnaya during the First Cryo Archon's reign were mostly fae. However, the current Cryo Archon's followers are no longer fae but humans, the Fatui and their Harbingers.

Since this is a newly introduced character group, there are no known members. It is likely that there will be more information about them in the April 30 Livestream for the behind-the-scenes of Nod-Krai's development.
Elf-like Ears And Fairies
Based on the icon of the Snowland Fae, it can be assumed that the members will have elf-like ears. Several playable characters have elf-like ears but no story reason was revealed as to why. It's possible that they may have descended from similar races like the Snowland Fae.
Similar To The Oceanids And the Hydro Archon?
It's likely that the Snowland Fae could be a non-human race from Snezhnaya. As followers of the First Cryo Archon, it could be likely that the Archon was of a similar race to them or is the creator of their race just like how Egeria created the Oceanids.
Could Be Referencing Folklore Figures Related To Snow Or Winter
HoYoverse often draws inspiration from real-world myths, like the Melusines and their relationship to Elynas. The Snowland Fae and the Belyi Tsar may parallel Slavic folklore’s winter duo of Father Frost (Morozko) and his granddaughter Snegurochka. Both of them are folklore figures related to snow.
