Columbina is a 5-Star Hydro character that uses a Catalyst in Genshin Impact. She specializes in boosting Lunar Reaction DMG and applying Hydro off-field. Her Elemental Skill, "Eternal Tides," applies Hydro off-field while giving Columbina Gravity based on the Lunar reactions dealt, once maxed it will deal Elemental DMG based on the reaction that generated more Gravity. Her Elemental Burst, "Moonlit Melancholy," creates a field that boosts Lunar Reaction DMG. Lorewise, Columbina is the reincarnation of the Frost Moon and the Moon Goddess of Nod-Krai.

Columbina is a Hydro Sub-DPS and Lunar Reaction
Roles & Playstyle of Columbina and Her Strengths and Weakness
Columbina works the best as a Lunar Reaction support that applies Hydro while also boosting the damage of said reactions. She also enables all three Lunar Reactions.
Pros and Cons of Support and Sub-DPS Columbina
| Pros |
|---|
| - Enables Lunar-Charged, Lunar-Bloom and Lunar-Crystallize to happen. |
| - Doesn't need 2nd Moonsign character to activate Ascendant Gleam effect for her since she doesn't need it to unlock or enhance her Skill effects. |
| Cons |
| - Elemental Burst provides a Lunar DMG% buff but it has a long animation and relatively high energy cost. |
| - Buffs only work on Lunar Reaction DMG, making her buffs less effective to non-Moonsign characters who are unable to deal Direct Lunar Reaction DMG unlike dedicated Moonsign characters. |
Best Build for Columbina
Columbina should be built like a standard HP-scaling DPS with a focus on CRIT since her buffs aren't affected by her HP. Her best use-case will always be in teams that can make use of or reliably trigger Lunar Reactions. See below for our top recommendations:

Find a Balance Between Desired Stats
If you want Columbina's Burst every rotation, consider reaching her ideal ER amount as your priority stat for consistent and reliable uptime on her Elemental Burst. The next priority following that would be her CRIT Ratio, which is best maintained at a ratio of 1:2 CRIT Rate to CRIT DMG for higher average DPS.
Lastly, Columbina prefers to have an HP% Goblet over Elemental DMG% since Lunar Reactions aren't buffed by generic DMG% buffs.

Best Weapon for Columbina
As a Support and Sub-DPS, Columbina only needs HP and CRIT stats from her equipment. She can use damage-oriented weapons or utility weapons that provide some form of buff to her teammates. See below for our top recommendations:
Premium Weapons for Columbina
| Weapon | How to Get Rating | |
|---|---|---|
| Best | Nocturne's Curtain Call | Get from Limited Banner - Columbina's Signature Weapon that has a CRIT DMG main-stat. - Boosts her HP and greatly buffs her CRIT DMG when Lunar Reactions are triggered. - Also recovers Energy for her, making it easier for Columbina to use her Elemental Burst more often. |
| 2nd | Sacrificial Jade | Get from Battle Pass - CRIT Rate main-stat weapon enables Columbina to reach an appealing CRIT Ratio for better average DPS - Grants an HP% and Elemental Mastery buff. - The lack of Energy generation on the passive means you'll have to make do with high Energy Recharge (ER) rolls on Columbina's Artifacts if you want her to Burst every rotation. - Best at Refinement Level 5 (R5). |
| 3rd | Surf's Up Tome Of The Eternal Flow | Get from Limited Banners - CRIT DMG main-stat catalysts with some form of HP increase. - Surf's Up has a higher HP% increase than Tome. - Both have passive effects that are inaccessible or worthless for Columbina, but a Sub-DPS like her still appreciates the CRIT increase. - Good if you have either and no one else is using them, but you're better off equipping them on their intended users if you do own these characters. - Neither weapon recovers Energy generation effects that Columbina can easily trigger, so you'll need to acquire high ER Artifacts to fully charge her Burst every rotation. |
| 5th | Favonius Codex | Get from Banners - The Energy Recharge main-stat on this catalyst alleviates some of the need for high Energy Recharge rolls on Columbina's Artifacts. - The passive generates an Energy particle once the equipped character lands a CRIT, which can benefit a different party member if you swap into them before the particle is absorbed. - Can produce better results than Columbina's non-Signature Weapon choices in environments where Energy is scarce or limited, such as in Stygian Onslaught. - Best at Refinement Level 5 (R5). |
| 5th | Nightweaver's Looking Glass | Get from Limited Banner - An Elemental Mastery main-stat catalyst that provides a generous amount of Lunar-Bloom DMG% buffs whenever the equipping character deals Hydro or Dendro DMG and after the party triggers Lunar-Bloom reactions. - Usable for On-Field Lunar-Bloom DPS Columbina, but loses to other utility weapons for her other teams. |
| 6th | The Widsith | Get from Banners - A usable 4-star CRIT DMG catalyst that has a chance to provide a certain buff between a choice of three after swapping into the equipping character. - An okay option for Columbina if you can supply her with enough Energy Recharge through her Artifacts or if she has no issue getting her Burst up every rotation in a specific setup, the best example being Columbina's Lunar-Bloom team where she is the On-Field DPS. - Columbina can utilize 2 out of 3 buffs (ATK% is useless on her). - Can also be a CRIT DMG stat-stick if you have no other option available. |
Unsurprisingly, Columbina's best-in-slot option is her Signature Weapon, since it supplies her all the stats and bonuses she needs to be a strong buffer and Sub-DPS through the HP increase, CRIT DMG, and Energy regen. But you can still get good results from any CRIT main-stat catalyst, though she would prefer the ones that have HP% buffs.
Optionally, it's also viable to equip her with utility weapons like the Favonius Codex to further elevate her buffing value, especially if the team she's in can appreciate the Energy generated by the Favonius weapon passive.
Free-to-Play Friendly (F2P Weapons) for Columbina
| Weapon | How to Get Rating | |
|---|---|---|
| Best F2P | Prototype Amber | Craftable (Forgeable) Weapon - A support-oriented HP stat stick that allows Columbina to provide a bit healing for the party and Energy restoration for Columbina specifically. - Best at Refinement Level 5 (R5). - Helps Columbina achieve her Energy requirements if you want her to use her Burst every rotation. |
| 2nd (Forge) | Ring of Yaxche | Natlan Craftable (Forgeable) Weapon - An HP stat stick that increases her max HP, leading to a small increase in Columbina's personal damage. - Can be left at Refinement Level 1 (R1) since Columbina is typically played Off-Field and doesn’t really need the Normal Attack DMG% buff. - Slightly higher in ranking than the 3rd F2P option due to being more accessible to newer players. |
| 3rd (Event) | Ash-Graven Drinking Horn | Reward From Past Event (Traces of Artistry) - HP main-stat boosts Columbina's personal DMG. - Passive also adds an HP-scaling AoE hit to her attacks. - Best at Refinement Level 5 (R5). - No longer obtainable if you didn't participate in the event. |
| 7th | Thrilling Tales Of Dragon Slayers | Get from Banners - Support-oriented catalyst that you can easily max out on refines since it's a 3-Star weapon. - The HP% main stat increases Columbina's HP and allows her to buff the ATK of the character you swap into after her. - Columbina's rotation changes with this weapon as a result, where she is deployed right before the DPS you intend to apply the ATK% buff on. - Low on the recommended list of weapons since Columbina's personal damage takes a noticeable dip with this weapon. |
For F2P weapons, Columbina only has HP stat sticks to choose from, with Prototype Amber being the only weapon that she can fully utilize and benefit from thanks to the Energy generation. Her other non-premium weapon options are usually suboptimal in comparison.
All Weapon ListColumbina Best Artifacts
Columbina's Artifact set depends on whether Silken Moon is already on a different support, since you cannot stack the passive. Aubade becomes a better choice in this case. See below for our top recommendations:
| Artifact | Recommendation Details |
|---|---|
Silken Moon's Serenade | ★★★★★ - Columbina's generalist option that works in a lot of her team setups. - Her best utility-oriented set for teams where she is its best user and no one else can or should equip it. - Provides a teamwide EM buff depending on the party's Moonsign level and an additional Lunar Reaction DMG% increase when someone else on the party has the Night of the Sky's Unveiling set equipped. - Ideal for Columbina in Nefer Lunar-Bloom and Flins Lunar-Charged teams. |
Aubade of Morningstar and Moon | ★★★★★ - This is Columbina's ideal DPS set since the Lunar Reactiom DMG% increase from this set only applies to the equipping character. - Better than Silken Moon if the team has another support that can equip the Silken Moon set, such as Illuga in a Zibai Lunar-Crystallized team. |
Night Of The Sky's Unveiling | ★★★・・ - The DPS partner of the Silken Moon set that grants CRIT depending on the party's Moonsign Level. - Serviceable choice if you mostly use Columbina as an On-Field Lunar-Bloom DPS alongside Lauma. |
Tenacity Of The Millelith | ★★・・・ - Usable set that buffs the party's ATK whenever Columbina's Skill hits an enemy. The HP increase on the 2-piece effect is also nice to have. - Can be a transitional set while you farm for her best-in-slot Artifact set. |

Build Columbina for Damage
Columbina shares a build philosophy or trend with Furina, another Hydro Sub-DPS and Support that can enable desirable damage buffs for her team.
Columbina only needs around 7,000 HP for her Passive's buff, and this is easily achieved through her HP% main-stat Artifacts, so you opt to focus mostly on CRIT and Energy Recharge (ER) for substats. ER should be your first goal if the team you want to use Columbina in would rather have her use her Burst every rotation.

Basics Of Using Columbina (Beginner Guide)

Lunar Reaction Support and Sub-DPS
Columbina is the ideal Hydro teammate for Lunar teams not only because she enables all three Lunar reactions, but because she contributes both her personal damage and buffs that are tailored to provide different bonuses to each Lunar Reaction.
Moonsign Benediction Effects
| Moonsign Benediction Guideline | |
|---|---|
| Nascent Gleam | Only 1 Nod-Krai character (including Zibai) |
| Ascendant Gleam | 2 or more Nod-Krai character (including Zibai) |
Like all Nod-Krai characters, Columbina is also counted towards the Moonsign Benediction party level, where she benefits from having Ascendant Gleam active. This means she can increase the Moonsign level by 1, activating the Ascendant Gleam effects so long as another Moonsign character is there in the party with her.
Additionally, like other Lunar characters, Columbina also has a Moonsign Benediction passive that is what allows her to convert Electro-Charged, Bloom, and Hydro-Crystallize into their respective Lunar variants. This passive also increases the base DMG of the converted reactions based on Columbina's Max HP.
Note! | Columbina is one of the few characters that can deal direct Lunar reaction damage through her abilities, but unlike the other Lunar DPSes, Columbina has access to all three Lunar reactions. |
|---|
Skill Range Is Smaller if Solo Moonsign
Skill Range Comparison| Skill With and Without Moonsign |
|---|
![]() |
Columbina's Ascendant Gleam effect only affects her Elemental Skill's range. Since it follows the active character and applies Hydro to surrounding enemies, the range increase can be good if the On-Field DPS is a melee-ranged character. As shown above, her Skill's range is 2x2 tiles while with multiple Moonsign characters, it becomes 3x3 tile range.
Can Enable All Lunar Reactions

Columbina can enable all three Lunar Reactions if there's an Electro, Dendro, or Geo character applying their respective Element. This allows you to flex her into different teams and still can utilize Lunar Reactions.
All of the Lunar Reactions scale off of Elemental Mastery (EM) and ATK, but the direct reaction damage that 5-Star Moonsign characters deal can be affected by the characters' preferred stat, depending on how it is stated in their abilities. For Columbina, her Lunar reaction damage scales with her Max HP.
Lunar Reactions GuideUse Elemental Skill to Start Applying Hydro for Reactions

▲ The Gravity Ripple is the moon-like ring behind the On-Field character.
Columbina's Skill summons a Gravity Ripple, which follows the active character and is the primary source of Columbina's Off-Field Hydro application and Lunar damage.
The Ripple will apply AoE Hydro to nearby enemies at specific intervals. Additionally, whenever a teammate triggers a Lunar Reaction, Columbina will gain Gravity stacks. Once her Gravity is maxed, Columbina's Gravity Ripple will then deal either Lunar-Charged, Lunar-Bloom or Lunar-Crystallized damage. The reaction that contributed the most Gravity will determine the type of damage she deals.
Burst Creates a Lunar Domain

After using Columbina's Elemental Burst, the surrounding area turns into a Lunar Domain, granting the party a generous Lunar Reaction DMG% increase while the domain is active. The Lunar Domain is also necessary to activate the reaction-specific effects from Columbina's ▼ Ascension 4 passive.
Note! | Columbina's particle generation is relatively poor compared to other Off-Field Supports, so you will typically want to focus on reaching her Energy Recharge requirements. It is also viable to Burst every other rotation instead. |

Hydro Sub-DPS and Support for Lunar Reactions
| Basic Rotation of Columbina |

| 1. Start the rotation with Columbina. Use her Skill, then Burst. Note that certain teams can deploy a different Support first. In this case, Columbina will often go after said Support or Sub-DPS. 2. Swap to your On-Field DPS to perform their damage combo. 3. Deploy any support that should come after the DPS before restarting the rotation here. 4. Repeat from step 1. |
Columbina is primarily a Lunar Reaction Support and Hydro Sub-DPS with sufficient Off-Field Hydro application to trigger said reactions. She also supplies synergistic DMG% buffs and additional bonuses to each Lunar Reaction through her Elemental Burst.
Columbina also can be played as an On-Field Lunar-Bloom DPS thanks to her special Charged Attack.

Lunar Reaction DMG inflicted by party members gains a Base DMG increase based on Columbina's Max HP. For every 1,000 points of Max HP, the Base DMG of Lunar reactions is increased by 0.2%, up to a maximum of 7%. Additionally, when Columbina is in the party, the party's Moonsign will increase by 1 level. |

| Click to Show When Lunar-Charged is triggered, the stats of each party member that helped to activate the reaction by applying either Electro or Hydro are used to calculate the final Lunar-Charged reaction DMG. The formula first makes the involved characters deal individual damage, and then ranks that damage from highest to lowest. The highest total will be given the biggest multiplier, followed by the second, with the last two having weaker multipliers overall. Essentially, the only thing that matters when building a Lunar-Charged team with Columbina is that you have an Electro or Hydro character that deals damage and that can build a bit of Elemental Mastery. Which stat the DPS scales off of ultimately does not matter. Lunar-Charged with Columbina ideally wants to have Ineffa on the team since this duo can deal an impressive amount of DPS by themselves even if they're both Off-Field characters. The output of the Ineffa-Columbina duo is strong enough that you can use a non-Electro or Hydro On-Field DPS and still have a functional Lunar-Charged team, at the cost of that On-Field DPS being 'carried' by Ineffa-Columbina rather than contributing the most damage. Some elements, such as Dendro, Cryo, and Pyro, may not trigger as many Lunar-Charged procs due to how these Elements interact or consume Electro and Hydro when applied to an enemy. Regardless, the damage output of a Lunar-Charged pairing like Ineffa-Columbina still outweighs this issue, especially since older DPSes may struggle to keep up with endgame content. | |

| Summary of DPSes | |
| Click to Show Unlike Lunar-Charged, Lunar-Crystallized requires reliable Geo application for constant Lunar-Crystallize procs to trigger the attacks from the Moondrifts. This means that the most effective On-Field characters for this reaction are Geo DPSes or Hydro DPSes with an Off-Field Geo Sub-DPS. Whether the DPS scales with DEF is not important. The only stat that matters is Elemental Mastery, and even then, you don't need to build much of it on these DPSes if they don't scale with EM. Like Lunar-Charged, Lunar-Crystallized instead accounts for each character's total damage dealt after triggering the Lunar-Crystallized reaction, then ranking it from highest to lowest. The first two highest DPS contributors are the only ones that matter, so it's not necessary to build every party member for damage. In theory, because Lunar-Crystallized and Lunar-Charged can safely co-exist, you can run Electro DPSes as well, but you may get much better results in actual Lunar-Charged teams (with Ineffa) instead. Outside of Zibai comps, Lunar-Crystallized teams with Columbina will have a much lower damage potential, and this raises Linnea's value as a Lunar-Crystallized Sub-DPS even more for such teams. But you can still make do with just Columbina, though expect the results to be underwhelming. | |
![]() Lunar-Bloom | DPS Characters |
| ![]() ![]() | ![]() ![]() Best Off-Field Dendro: Lauma (Strong Lunar-Bloom DMG% buffs) | |
| Summary of DPSes | |
| Click to Show Lunar-Bloom as a reaction does not deal actual damage. Instead, it generates a resource called Verdant Dew that certain characters use to activate specific abilities. This means that, apart from dedicated Lunar-Bloom characters like Nefer, Lauma and Columbina, no other DPS can deal direct Lunar-Bloom DMG that isn't just Bloom DMG. In Nilou's case, you can still deploy her as the On-Field DPS in a "Lunar-Bloom" team with Lauma. In this setup, Nilou will still be doing regular Bloom DMG (that will CRIT now thanks to Lauma's buffs) through her Bountiful Blooms. Lauma (who can be played as the On-Field Driver) can occasionally trigger direct Lunar-Bloom DMG through her Hold Skill. Columbina's Charged Attack deals direct Lunar-Bloom DMG if you have at least 1 Verdant Dew stack, which makes her the better Hydro On-Field choice if you need to deal Lunar Reaction DMG consistently against a certain enemy. | |
Like other Nod-Krai characters, Columbina can enable the transformation of certain reactions triggered by her team and herself into their Lunar variant. But unlike the others, Columbina can convert all three reactions. This includes turning Electrocharged into Lunar-Charged, Bloom into Lunar-Bloom, and Hydro-Crystallized into Lunar-Crystallized.
Note! | This, alongside her being Hydro, is a large contributing factor to Columbina's versatility, since she opens up new team compositions for older characters while still providing a noticeable DPS increase to existing Lunar teams. |

Deal Hydro DMG and Gain Gravity Stacks with Skill
Elemental Skill Summary
| Icon | Elemental Skill Summary |
|---|---|
Eternal Tides | - Deals AoE Hydro DMG. - Summons Gravity Ripple. Gravity Ripple While active: - Follows the current active character. - Periodically deals AoE Hydro DMG to nearby opponents. Gravity Stacks: When nearby party members trigger Lunar Reactions or deal Lunar Reaction DMG: - Columbina gains New Moon's Omen for 2s, which lets her continuously accumulate Gravity. - Gains 20 Gravity every 2s. - Gravity is removed when Gravity Ripple expires. At max Gravity (60): - Deals additional DMG, called ▼ Gravity Interference based on the Lunar Reaction type that contributed the most Gravity. ⏾Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam - Gravity Ripple's AoE Hydro DMG affects a wider area. |
| Reaction | Gravity Interference Effects |
|---|---|
![]() Lunar-Charged | Deals a single hit of AoE Electro DMG and is considered as Lunar-Charged DMG. |
![]() Lunar-Bloom | Shoots 5 Sigils, dealing Dendro DMG and is considered as Lunar-Bloom DMG. |
![]() Lunar-Crystallize | Deals a single hit of AoE Geo DMG and is considered as Lunar-Crystallized DMG. |
Columbina's Elemental Skill is her main source of Off-Field Hydro application. Once activated, her Skill creates her iconic Gravity Ripple that persists and moves with your active character. The Ripple will then, at certain intervals, deal Hydro DMG to nearby enemies, while also accruing Gravity as her teammates trigger or deal Lunar DMG.
Max Gravity Deals Lunar DMG
At max Gravity, the Ripple will execute an extra attack called ▲ Gravity Interference, whose effects are determined by the Lunar Reaction that generated the most Gravity. This is her primary damage source and is why Columbina is best built with a decent CRIT Rate to CRIT DMG ratio.
Note! | Since the Gravity Interference attacks deal Lunar DMG, they also benefit from her own Lunar Reaction DMG% buffs. |
|---|
Elemental Burst Provides an Important Lunar Reaction Buff
Elemental Burst Summary
| Icon | Elemental Burst Summary |
|---|---|
Moonlit Melancholy | - Deals AoE Hydro DMG. - Creates a Lunar Domain. Lunar Domain: While active: - Temporarily transforms the surrounding area into a Lunar Domain. - Increases Lunar Reaction DMG dealt by all party members while the active character is inside the domain. - Required to access the effects enabled by Columbina's ▼ Ascension 4 Passive. |
Columbina's Elemental Burst creates a field called a Lunar Domain, and is one of the few sources of teamwide Lunar Reaction DMG% increase. This is a well-sought-after buff for Lunar teams since Lunar Reactions aren't affected by regular DMG% buffs (such as Elemental Goblets and Furina's Fanfare).
Additionally, having the Lunar Domain active is integral for Columbina's ▼ other passive that also contributes to the total team DPS.
Lunar Domain Grants Additional Reaction Bonuses
Ascension 4 Passive Description| Icon | Ascension 4 Passive Description |
|---|---|
Law of the New Moon | When characters within the ▲ Lunar Domain trigger Lunar reactions, they will gain the following effects respectively: Lunar-Charged: When the Thundercloud performs lightning strike(s) against a valid target, it has a 33% chance to perform an additional lightning strike. Lunar-Bloom: When triggering Lunar-Bloom reactions, the party gains a special Moonridge Dew. Up to 3 Moonridge Dews can be gained every 18s. Lunar-Crystallize: When Moondrift Harmony is triggered, every Moondrift has a 33% chance to inflict an extra attack. |
The additional reaction-specific effects from Columbina's Ascension 4 passive all lead to a noticeable increase in team DPS. For Lunar-Charged and Lunar-Crystallize, these effects allow Lunar teams to gain more DPS from the base reaction, rather than direct damage.
The Lunar-Bloom effect really only benefits characters that can interact with Verdant Dew stacks, like Nefer. In her case, the Moonridge Dews are essentially extra Verdant Dew that Nefer can consume to do more of her enhanced Charged Attacks.
Lunar Reactions GuideGain Free CRIT Rate With Passive
Ascension 1 Passive Description| Icon | Ascension 4 Passive Description |
|---|---|
Lunacy's Lure | When triggering ▲ Gravity Interference, Columbina gains the Lunacy effect, increasing her CRIT Rate by 5% for 10s. This effect can be stacked up to 3 times. |
Columbina's first or Ascension 1 passive supplies her +15% CRIT Rate once her Gravity Ripple releases three Gravity Interferences. Since Gravity Interferences require the party to trigger Lunar Reaction to stack Columbina's Gravity, she will only get the full CRIT Rate bonus at the start of the second rotation.
Fortunately, the Lunacy effect, which is what gives her the free CRIT Rate, has practically full uptime once it's fully stacked, so you can safely build Columbina with the added CRIT always in mind.
Charged Attacks Can Do Lunar-Bloom DMG
Charged Attack Description
| Icon | Ascension 4 Passive Description |
|---|---|
Moondew CascadeCharged Attack | Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to deal AoE Hydro DMG after a short casting time. If you have at least 1 Verdant Dew, Columbina's Charged Attacks will be replaced with the special Charged Attack Moondew Cleanse, which will not consume Stamina: Consume 1 Verdant Dew to deal 3 instances of AoE Dendro DMG to opponents in front. This DMG is considered Lunar-Bloom DMG. |
Columbina's Charged Attack (CA) is enhanced if the party has at least 1 Verdant Dew stack for it to consume, allowing her to deal direct Lunar-Bloom DMG. Like her Gravity Interference attacks, her special CA is also buffed by all the Lunar Reaction-specific bonuses granted by her ▲ Burst and ▲ Ascension 4 Passive.

Can Revive Characters In Nod-Krai

As with other characters released after Nod-Krai, Columbina also has a special utility passive. Not only does it grant her the ability to interact with Kuuhvahki-influenced animals (like Lauma), but it also allows her to revive a party member if they drop to 0 HP while within any of the existing sub-areas of Nod-Krai and the Frost Moon.
The amount of HP that a downed character can recover through this passive is dependent on your friendship level with Columbina.
Should You Pull for Columbina's Constellation Or Best Weapon?
Constellations Provide More Value Than Signature
| Signature VS Constellations |
|---|
C2 > C1 > Nocturne's Curtain Call |
Constellation 2 is a Good Stopping Point
If you aren't planning to fully invest into her C6, then you can opt into getting her C2 instead in terms of vertical investment. Columbina's Constellations will generally feel more impactful due to the added utility that are tailored to each Lunar Reaction. Her C1 effects are mostly quality-of-life, but when paired with her C2, which are direct stat increases for the active character (based on Columbina's Max HP), the overall value you get from Columbina in her role as a Lunar Reaction Support is simply higher than what you'd get from her Signature Weapon.
Signature Weapon Buffs Her Personal DMG
Once you've secured her C2, the next best premium pull you could do for Columbina is to wish for her Signature Weapon, Nocturne's Curtain Call, as a means of making her a better Off-Field damage character. Unlike how her Constellations are oriented towards being supportive, Columbina's Signature grants herself HP%, CRIT DMG and a bit of Energy regen instead. The Lunar Reaction DMG% increase will also solely apply to her, which all lead to her personal DPS seeing a noticeable boost.
You get the most out of Columbina when you build her for damage on-top of her utility, and Nocturne's Curtain Call should be the ideal weapon for her to realize the peak potential of as a Lunar Sub-DPS.

Who Is Columbina?
Formerly the Damselette of the Fatui Harbingers

Before Nod-Krai's official release, Columbina was shown in a trailer to have gone rogue and left the Harbingers. Sighted in Nod-Krai, the Fatui set out to retrieve her but Columbina doesn't wish to return and remained in Nod-Krai.
Kuutar, the Moon Maiden

Columbina's true identity is the reincarnation of the Frost Moon. She was named Kuutar by the Frostmoon Scions which means Moon Goddess. As the Moon Goddess, she is the "Archon" of Nod-Krai though her source of power precedes the Gnoses that Archons use.
Wears a Blindfold Willingly
Columbina herself didn't accept any of the names the people of Teyvat gave her and along with her unwillingness to see the false reality, she wears a blindfold. In the Nod-Krai Archon Quest, Columbina accepted her name as Columbina Hyposelenia.
Friends with Sandrone, Signora and Arlecchino

Despite her departure from the Fatui, Sandrone and Arlecchino still treated her well as their friend. Columbina used to join Sandrone's tea parties along with Arlecchino, Signora, Capitano and Childe.
