Likely To Be Released In The 5.3 Update
Columbina has been a heavily featured character in the Luna Archon quests and will likely be released in an upcoming version. With the release of her drip marketing, it's very likely that she'll be the featured banner character in the 5.3 Update.

Kit Speculation
Likely A Lunar-Reaction Driver
As the "Archon" in the role of Nod-Krai, it's only fitting that Columbina will be a driver for Lunar Reactions. This also fits well with her Hydro element, as both Lunar Bloom and Lunar-Charged require Hydro.
Could Be HP Or EM-Scaling
With most Hydro characters scaling with HP, there's a good chance that Columbina will also follow this trend. If not, she could scale off EM to support her role as a Lunar Driver.
Who Is Columbina Hyposelenia (The Damselette)?
The Kuutar Or Moon Maiden
Columbina was born with the powers of the Frost Moon and was once revered by the Frost Moon Scions as its Kuutar or Moon Maiden. However, she grew tired of the transactional nature of her relationship with her devotees, so she left them.
Holds The Waning Power Of The Frost Moon
Columbina's power comes directly from the Frost Moon, one of the three Moon Goddess siblings. However, due to the nature of the false sky in Teyvat, she's been cut off from the moon's power and is weaker because of it.
Was Once A Fatui Harbinger
After leaving the Frost Moon Scions, Columbina was eventually taken in by the Tsaritsa and made into a Harbinger called the "Damselette". Unlike the other Harbingers, Columbina was never sent out on missions and spent her days singing in the gardens instead.
Eventually Left The Fatui & Hid In Nod-Krai
Columbina found herself tired of once again being in a transactional relationship with the Tsaritsa. She eventually left her post and hid in Nod-Krai. The Fatui have since moved into Nod-Krai in order to find her.
Has A Friendly Relationship With Other Harbingers
Columbina enjoyed her time with the other Harbingers, particularly Sandrone, Arlecchino, and La Signora. She also talked fondly of the tea parties they had with Childe and Capitano.
Has Become Good Friends With The Traveler
Over the course of the Nod-Krai Archon Quests, Columbina has come to trust the Traveler. She was once aloof and stoic, but has become more expressive with the Traveler. One could say they have become good friends.
Has Also Become Friends With Other Nod-Krai Characters
Having been disappointed in her previous transactional relationships, Columbina has now found a group of friends she can call her own. The characters in Nod-Krai have come to fondly care for her and even worked hard to fulfill her wish of returning to the moon.
(6.2 Update) Seeks To Return To The Moon
In the 6.2 Update, she grew weaker and at one point, had even lost her ability to hold her physical form. This was attributed to the moon being rejected by Teyvat, and as the Moon Maiden, she was being rejected by it too.
She eventually regained her physical form when the Traveler called out her name, "Columbina". She accepted it as her true name, announcing that she was "Columbina Hyposelenia".
Columbina's Current State [SPOILERS]
As she was about to transcend to the moon, Columbina fell into a trap set by Dottore, another one of the Fatui Harbingers. Instead of allowing the power of the moon to fall into Dottore's hands, she chose to throw herself through the Moon Gate instead.
Right now, nobody knows her current state or how she can come back from the moon gate. This has effectively cut her off from the Traveler and the rest of their friends in Nod-Krai.

It is official that Columbina Hyposelenia will be a new upcoming Hydro character in the game! It was confirmed through Genshin Impact's official Twitter post for Columbina's character design.
