Weapon Skill: The Moonring Sighted
For 12s after triggering a Swirl reaction, ATK increases by 24%. In addition, when 1/2 or more characters in the party are of a different Elemental Type from the equipping character, the DMG dealt by the equipping character's Charged Attacks is increased by 20%/48% and Elemental Burst DMG dealt is increased by 10%/24%.

Astral Vulture's Crimson Plumage Is Good For Charged ATK & Elemental Burst
The Astral Vulture's Crimson Plumage is one of the best Bow weapons for characters who benefit most of their DMG to Charged ATK & Elemental Burst. With 2 or more characters from different elements, the wielder can gain a good Charged ATK DMG of up to 20%/48%, while the Elemental Burst deals with an ATK DMG of up to 10%/24%.
Swirl Reaction Can Only Be Triggered By Anemo Characters
For activating the ATK buff for the Astral Vulture's Crimson Plumage, note that only Anemo characters can trigger Swirl reaction, hence the effect will not activate if the equipping character is not an Anemo character..

BiS Weapon Of Chasca
The Astral Vulture's Crimson Plumage is Chasca's signature weapon and the best-in-slot weapon in the game since Chasca deals mostly on Elemental DMG based on her teammate's elements. Chasca's can trigger a Swirl reaction, activating the bow's ATK Buff effect. The Charged ATK and Elemental Burst will also benefit from the bow by increasing their ATK DMG esp if she has 2 or more characters with different elemental types.
