Good Weapon For Characters That Do Not Rely Heavily On ATK
Slingshot is an amazing weapon due to CRIT Rate sub-stat. However, its passive effect is situational since the user must be near the opponent when hitting with Normal & Charged ATK which is very tricky, especially for bow users.
Inactive Passive On Childe's Elemental Skill
Upon testing, it has been proven that the effect of the weapon does not increase the damage of attacks done by Childe while Skill is active.

2nd BiS Weapon Of Sethos
Slingshot is the 2nd BiS for Sethos. Hunter's Path, Tighnari's BiS, is also Sethos' BiS but it's barely better than Slingshot. You only have to be close range to activate the weapon effect.
