Thundering Pulse Effect / Skill

Weapon Skill: Rule by Thunder

Increases ATK by 20% and grants the might of the Thunder Emblem. At stack level 1/2/3, the Thunder Emblem increases Normal Attack DMG by 12/24/40% The Character will obtain 1 stack of Thunder Emblem in each of the following scenarios: Normal Attack deals DMG (stack lasts 5s), casting Elemental Skill (stack lasts 10s); Energy is less than 100% (stack disappears when Energy is full). Each stack's duration is calculated independently.

Thundering Pulse

After gaining a stack, the weapon will glow for a bit. The light will be stronger the more stack is active.

Thundering Pulse Is Great For Normal Attack DPS Characters

Thundering Pulse increases the Normal ATK DMG of characters after using Elemental Skill, using Normal ATK and having full energy. Characters that does not rely much on Elemental Burst and uses Normal Attack like Yoimiya.

Best Character For Thundering Pulse

YoimiyaYoimiya- Signature weapon of Yoimiya.
- Yoimiya can easily keep all stack active since Yoimiya does not rely on Burst.
ChildeChilde- Childe can also keep all the stacks effect up easily.
- Normal Attack buff also works on his Elemental Skill Form.
FischlFischl- Great for Main DPS Fischl.
- Boost damage from arrows instead of Oz.
AloyAloy- Thundering Pulse focuses on increasing all of the damage of Aloy with her Elemental Skill, greatly work with Blizzard Strayer x4 set.
