Pull For a Lunar-Charged On-Field DPS
Flins' kit is centered around him being an Electro On-Field DPS for a Lunar-Charged team, which is a new reaction introduced alongside Ineffa's release. Flins makes the best use of what Ineffa can bring as a teammate, with both Flins and Ineffa being the core of the best Lunar-Charged comp as of the current version. If you want to get the best out of Ineffa or want to have a team that's ready for the incoming Lunar Reaction meta, you can consider getting Flins.
Converts All Electro-Charged To Lunar-Charged
Flins is one of the only two characters so far that can deal Lunar-Charged reactions. Any Electro-Charged application will automatically be converted to Lunar-Charged even if he does not proc the reaction.
