Pull For a Lunar-Charged On-Field DPS
Flins is an Electro on-field DPS for the Lunar-Charged reaction. Lunar-Charged is considered an upgrade to the Electro-Charged reaction and he can be paired with Ineffa as the core of Lunar-Charged teams.
Converts All Electro-Charged To Lunar-Charged
Flins is one of the few characters that can deal Lunar-Charged reactions. Any Electro-Charged application will automatically be converted to Lunar-Charged even if he does not proc the reaction.
