Should You Roll For Flins?
Get For An Electro Main DPS With Unique Reaction
Flins' kit is centered around him being an Electro Main DPS for his team. With his Elemental Skill, Flins will be able to constantly deal Electro damage to opponents. This cannot be overriden and will allow him to use a special Elemental Burst that uses less energy.
Converts All Electro-Charged To Lunar-Charged
Flins is one of the only two characters so far that can deal Lunar-Charged reactions. Any Electro-Charged application will automatically be converted to Lunar-Charged even if he does not proc the reaction.
