What Is Sand Grease Pupa?

Sand Grease Pupa Location
Sand Grease Pupas Can Only be Found in the Desert of Hadramaveth
The Sand Grease Pupa are the eggs of Quicksand Eels. This is the only location where you can find them, and a good number of the pupas are underground in the caverns and tunnels created by the Setekh Wenut. However, there will still be a few small groups circling Mt. Damavand and near the Safhe Shatranj.
Each icon on the map yields 1 Sand Grease Pupa.
To maximize your Sand Grease Pupas gathering, consider these strategies:
- Utilize Farming Route for Sand Grease Pupas
- Use Characters with Exploration Utility Passive
- Sand Grease Pupa respawn every 48 hours
- Consider visiting other player's World
Utilize Farming Route for Sand Grease Pupa
Sand Grease Pupa can only be found in the Desert of Hadramaveth, and they are not grouped into a single location. Going to each collection area one-by-one to take the berries may be inefficient. It is recommended to utilize the Farming Route for a faster and more efficient farming.
Use Characters with Exploration Utility Passive
For easier Farming, it is recommended to use characters that reveal the location of Specialties in Sumeru. By just putting them in your team, the locations of Sand Grease Pupas will be shown in your mini-map which makes farming for the item easier.
Passive also Shows Location of Other Specialties
The character passive that shows specialties in the mini-map shows all of the specialties in the location. This is not limited to Sand Grease Pupas.
Sand Grease Pupa Respawn every 48 Hours
After getting the Sand Grease Pupas in your world, they will only respawn after 48 hours or 2 Server Time resets after.
Consider Visiting other Player's World
You can also get Sand Grease Pupas by visiting other player's world. This is great for getting large amounts of Sand Grease Pupa. Make sure to chat your intentions to the World owner first! You can also use the Item Exchange Thread below:
