Increasing your friendship with Tubby does not only unlock new furnishings, but it will also unlock new realms for you! All the more reason to keep crafting furniture, decor, and buildings for your home.
Tubby Trust Level GuideLevel Only Increases For First Time Crafting
Your relationship with Tubby will only increase when you craft new furniture for the first time. Creating multiples of a furniture will not increase its level. You will need to keep unlocking new blueprints for this.

To unlock Realms, you just need to reach Trust Rank 8 & 10. It is up to you which Adeptal Realm you should unlock.
