Found in the wilds of the Desert of Sumeru
Henna Berry Location
Henna Berries are Found All Over the Great Red Sand (Deshret Desert)
The Henna Berry is only available in Sumeru's Desert, where it is attached to the cacti that grow there. A good number of them circle the area around Aaru Village, while the other locations have smaller clusters that are spread across the entirety of the Great Red Sand starting from the Valley of Dahri and all the way up to the Sands of Three Canals.
Each icon on the map gives 1 Henna Berry, but multiple berries can be attached to only 1 cactus.
To maximize your Henna Berries gathering, consider these strategies:

Consider visiting other player's World
Utilize Farming Route for Henna Berry
Henna Berry can be found all over the Great Red Sand in Sumeru, but they are not grouped into a single location. Going to each collection area one-by-one to take the berries may be inefficient. It is recommended to utilize the Farming Route for a faster and more efficient farming.
For easier Farming, it is recommended to use characters that reveal the location of Specialties in Sumeru. By just putting them in your team, the locations of Henna Berries will be shown in your mini-map which makes farming for the item easier.
The character passive that shows specialties in the mini-map shows all of the specialties in the location. This is not limited to Henna Berries.
Henna Berry Respawn every 48 Hours
After getting the Henna Berries in your world, they will only respawn after 48 hours or 2 Server Time resets after.
Consider Visiting other Player's World
You can also get Henna Berries by visiting other player's world. This is great for getting large amounts of Henna Berry. Make sure to chat your intentions to the World owner first! You can also use the Item Exchange Thread below:

From the teleport indicated on the map, which is labeled as ①, go towards the west side area and you will see the 2 cacti.
From the Statue of the Seven, go towards the north-west part and you will see the cacti
Located at the road behind the Statue of the Seven
From the Statue of the Seven, go towards the south-east part and there you will spot the cacti with Henna Berry. Be careful with enemies!
Coming from the teleport waypoint, go to the west side are until you reach the 2 cacti with Henna Berry
Go further along the cave
From the teleport waypoint, the item is located at the northern side
Proceed to the cliff that is shown at the image
Upon going through the cliff, you can easily spot 2 cacti with Henna Berry
Go down to the cliff, and the item can be found on the right side
Below the cliff, on the right side
Below the cliff, located at the west part
Go further at the west side, and you will see another one
There are three fruit-bearing cactus near each other. Collect from them
Continue north toa group of cliffs. There are two in this area
Head north and you will find a fruit bearing cactus by a slope
Either travel back to the waypoint or travel south. There's one near the waypoint
Continue along the cliffside and you will find two more
Go north from the last one and there is another one
Get one of the fruit near the waypoint west of Wadi Al-Majuj
Head south, then take the fruit at the foot of the cliff
Move north, staying by the foot of the cliff and you will pass 3 locations with fruits
