Focus On Maximizing Energy Recharge
Elemental Burst is the most important thing for Support Faruzan. You need to have high up-time for it so using Artifacts to increase Energy Recharge is important. Since Buff only scales from Based ATK, no need to carefully select stats other than Energy Recharge, unless you are gonna focus on damage.
At Constellation 6, Tenacity Of The Millelith Is The Best Choice
At C6, the Charged Shot that counts as an Elemental Skill will automatically trigger when hit by Anemo DMG. This also trigger the artifact effect letting you to have a complete up time of ATK buff for the whole team.
