The achivement can be unlocked at Huha Hill of the Easybreeze Holiday Resort or Tenochtzitoc, located West of Natlan and is the same setting of the Sunspray Summer Resort event that went live in the Version 5.8 Update. Huha Hill is automatically available for exploration after unlocking the Statue of Seven at Tenochtzitoc. '
