Heizou can easily deal swirl damage. He is a melee catalyst user with swift normal attacks that can trigger elemental reactions periodically. He works well with Elements that is easily swirled such as Pyro and Electro.

- Since Heizou can easily deal swirl damage with normal attacks, he is very flexible especially for synergy with off-field DPS. - Yelan will work well with Heizou especially since her Elemental Burst stays on-field and is triggered with Normal Attacks - Fischl's Elemental Skill will consistently apply Electro and with the right rotations, have an almost 100% up time - Bennett provides heal & additional attack stat for the whole team while inside the AOE of his elemental burst.

- Heizou, as the main DPS, can deal swirl damage periodically which inflicts additional damage. - Fischl provides consistent off-field Electro DPS and can produce either swirl-electro or overload elemental reaction. - Xiangling's Guoba gives additional ATK & her elemental burst is great for off-field Pyro DPS. She can also be acquired for free when you finish Abyss 3-3. - Barbara, as a free hero, should be the go-to healer. When equipped with Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers, she can provide additional ATK to the next character that will be switched.

Recommended Rotation For Heizou

	Recommended Rotation
1	Use the off-field skills of other characters in the team.
2	Switch to Heizou and trigger 4 Swirls or until you maximize the Declension Stack.
3	Use Elemental Skill.
4	Repeat number 1.
*	Use Elemental Burst to gather enemies at the start of battle or everytime it is active.

Uses Of Shikanoin Heizou's Elemental Skill

Great For Quickly Increasing Short-Span Damage

The Elemental Skill is one of the highest damage source in Heizou's Kit. Similar to the Elemental Burst of Childe andHu Tao it provides a sudden increase in his DPS for it is a one shot attack that has a high multiplier.

Declension & Conviction Buff Increases Its Power & Casting Speed

Elemental Skill is powered up by Declension & Conviction Buff. The amount of increase in multiplier is dependent on the Talent level of the Elemental Skill.

How To Gain Declension Stack?

Declension Stack can be gained in two ways: long pressing the skill button and triggering Swirl reaction using Heizou. The latter is recommended because charging the Elemental Skill leaves you vulnerable from attacks for a long period of time.

Using Normal attacks can easily trigger swirl if paired with an off-field character. Because of internal cooldown of reactions, Heizou will trigger swirl roughly after every three hits.

What Is Conviction DMG Bonus

▲If there are 4 Declension stack, it means that Conviction is activated.

When there are 4 Declension Stacks, Conviction will automatically trigger. This makes the Elemental Skill be casted with wider AoE and more power.

Elemental Skill Also Provides Elemental Mastery For The Team

Once you unlocked Penetrative Reasoning, using Elemental Skill will buff the team's Elemental Mastery. This is great if you are using Heizou as a Sub-DPS. This will also increase the damage from reactions that is not produced by Heizou.

The main use of Elemental Burst of Shikanoin Heizou is to gather mobs into one location enabling an easier start of a combo. This is also great when using Heizou as Sub-DPS / Support

Deals Powerful Anemo & Other Elemental Damage

The Elemental Burst also deals powerful Anemo Explosion that is followed by another explosion from the Swirled Element. Because of this skill, pairing Heizou with an off-field character will easily double the damage he provides.

Pull If You Need An On-Field DPS & Have Characters With Off-Field DPS Capabilities

Heizou is an amazing on-field DPS and can produce high amounts of Anemo Damage on his own. However, with supports, additional damage from Swirl makes him a top class DPS. If you use powerful Sub-DPS such as Xiangling or Fisch, it is recommended to use Heizou as the main DPS.
