Sunspray Spirit can only be gained by participating in the mini-games of the Sunspray Summer Resort event. The amount you gain from these mini-games vary.

Collect 1200 For Bennett Skin
Players will have to collect 1200 Sunspray Spirits to be able to get Bennett's new skin! This can be collected in the event's tab in-game.

Once you collect 300 Sunspray Spirit, you can immediately collect the Flame-Forged Insight Claymore.
Flame-Forged Insight GuideCollect 1800 In Total For Weapon & Refinement
If you want the weapon and all five of its refinement material, you will need 1800 Sunspray Spirits in total.
