Normal & Charged Attacks have a 50% chance to fire a Bolt of Perception, dealing 240% ATK as DMG. This bolt can bounce between enemies a maximum of 4 times. This effect can occur only once every 12s.

Boosts Attack With Additional Damage
Eye of Perception has an ATK sub-stat which can increase the damage of the user. There is also a 50% chance to release a projectile when performing Normal & Charged Attacks. The projectile deals additional damage and can bounce up to 4 enemies.
Also Works As A Stat Stick
The ATK% sub-stat of Eye of Perception is great for increasing the damage output of the user. Since ATK is universal, it can be used by most DPS catalyst users.
Eye Of Perception Is Good For Whom?
Good For ATK-Scaling DPS Catalyst Characters
Eye of Perception is an ATK stat stick weapon that does not complement any character's kit. The Physical DMG dealt by the weapon skill does not benefit from Elemental DMG Bonus that Catalyst characters often need from their artifact stats.
