The sub-stat of Royal Grimoire is useful since ATK is a universal stat that can be utilized by various characters. However, even if the passive effect can raise the user's CRIT Rate overtime, the successful CRIT hit is situational and may take time as the user needs to accumulate stacks first.
Passive Stacks Work On Summons
If the user has a summon, the summon can contribute to the accumulated stacks but can also trigger the CRIT hit so having summons can be either an advantage or disadvantage.
