Weapon Skill: Rondo of Slumber
- Increases Healing Bonus by 4%
- When performing healing, the equipping character gains the "Vatsamonga's Vatic Vintage" effect:
- Increases Max HP by 4%.
- Increases your currently active party member's ATK by 0.4% for every 1,000 Max HP the equipping character has over 40,000. A maximum of 8% ATK can be gained in this way.
- This effect lasts 10s, max 3 stacks.
- When a nearby party member triggers a Frozen or Stellar Swirl reaction, the aforementioned Max HP and ATK boosts will be further increased by 75% for the next 5s.
- This effect can be triggered even when the equipping character is off-field.

| Vodyanitsa | - Signature weapon of Vodyanitsa. - Increases Vodyanitsa's Healing Bonus and HP% stats, allowing her to become more effective in her role on the team. - Applies an additional ATK% buff to the active character based on the HP of the equipping character, so it adds another layer of utility to Vodyanitsa's already decently sized list of buffs. - The ATK and HP increases are also enhanced in Freeze and Stellar Swirl teams, thereby boosting Vodyanitsa's buffing value even more. |
| Sangonomiya Kokomi | - Kokomi fulfills the same niche as Vodyanitsa, being a Hydro Catalyst healer and Elemental applicator whose abilities mostly scale with her HP, so naturally Vodyanitsa's Signature Weapon will be a strong weapon choice, if only for the HP, Healing Bonus and ATK% buffs (for the active character). |
| Baizhu | - Baizhu is also another HP-scaling Healer who will get some use out of the Healing Bonus and HP% buffs. - The additional ATK% buff is nice in the few teams where he's paired with an ATK scaler. |
| Charlotte | - Charlotte is an ATK-scaler, but since her personal DMG is negligible most of the time, you can consider giving her HP Artifacts instead so she the ATK% buff she can supply with this weapon (in Freeze teams) is somewhat substantial. |
| Barbara | - Barbara also fulfills the HP-scaling healer role on her applicable teams, so it makes sense that she can utilitize Vodyanitsa's weapon, especially in Freeze teams where she's the main sustain. |
