Jadefall's Splendor Effect / Skill
Weapon Skill: Primordial Jade Regalia
For 3s after using an Elemental Burst or creating a shield, the equipping character can gain the Primordial Jade Regalia effect: Restore 4.5 every 2.5s, and gain 0.3% Elemental DMG Bonus for their corresponding Element Type for every 1,000 Max HP they possess, up to 12%. Primordial Jade Regalia will still take effect even if the equipping character is not on the field.

Signature Weapon For Baizhu
Jadefall's Splendor is the weapon designed for Baizhu. It also fits the kit of Baizhu. However, the weapon is a slight upgrade from the free weapon, Prototype Amber. Given the amount of wishes needed to surely get weapon, unless you want to focus on raising Baizhu, getting this weapon is not recommended.

Best For HP-Scaling Characters
With a 49% HP sub-stat, this weapon can be used by any HP-scaling character whether they are DPS, Sub-DPS, Healer, or Support.
Increased Elemental Bonus Through Weapon Skill
Through its Weapon Skill, it can boost a character's Elemental DMG% depending on their Max HP. However, this does require a substantial amount of HP to get a good percentage, which only HP scaling characters can achieve.
Jadefall's Splendor Is Good For Whom?

This weapon is Baizhu's signature weapon, but it is not the best in slot for him. Currently, there is no character where this is the best in slot for.
