With its ATK sub-stat and its ability to increase Energy Recharge after using Elemental Skill, it is a decent weapon for most of Catalyst users. It is especially great for characters who receive additional bonus from Energy Recharge like Mona or characters with high Elemental Burst cost like Yae Miko.
