Winter Icelea Can Be Found Around Wavechaser Plain
As a local specialty, Winter Icelea can only be found in select areas at Wavechaser Plain in Nod-Krai. You'll find some near the Pillar of Embla near the entrance of the area, with the rest being found towards the west-most portion of the location. A few clusters can then be picked up at the Wing of Keres across the water.
You can collect several more south of Amsvartnir after Favonius Keep, and a few more Icelea lining the path towards the Special Territory Research Institute. Finally, there will be a handful or so near the south-west portion of Kipumaki Cliff.

Utilize Farming Route forWinter Icelea
Winter Icelea are found in scattered areas across Wavechaser Plain in Nod-Krai. Since going to these individual locations is time-consuming, it's recommended to utilize a Farming Route for faster and more efficient material gathering.
Use Characters with Exploration Utility Passive
For easier farming, it is recommended to use characters that reveals the location of Specialties in Nod-Krai. By just putting them in your team, the locations of Winter Icelea will be shown in your mini-map which makes farming for the specialty easier.
Passive Also Shows Location of Other Specialties
The character passive that shows specific specialty locations on the mini-map will locate all of the specialties found in the surrounding area. This is not limited to Winter Iceleas.
Winter Icelea Respawns Every 48 Hours
After gathering all the available Winter Icelea in your world, they will eventually respawn after 48 hours or an equivalent to two 2 Server Time resets.
Choose Winter Icelea from the Gnostic Hymn Battle Pass Rewards
Purchasing the Gnostic Hymn or premium Battle Pass rewards you with 'Traveling Bounties', which allows you to select Local Specialties from all regions. Traveling Bounties are given out after reaching level 1 and 3 on the Gnostic Hymn.

Consider Visiting Other Player's World
