Hitting an opponent with a Normal Attack decreases the Stamina consumption of Sprint or Alternate Sprint by 14% for 5s. Additionally, using a Sprint or Alternate Sprint ability increases ATK by 20% for 5s.

Sprinting Stamina Reduction & Energy Recharge
Additional ATK is gained when the user sprints and if the user hits an enemy with a Normal Attack, the user's sprinting stamina is reduced for a duration. Meanwhile, the Energy Recharge is useful for the Burst uptime which is great, especially for DPS catalyst users with offensive Burst.
