The Starcaller's Watch is one of the best Catalyst for characters that use Elemental Mastery since it increases the EM, hence given its R5 plus the weapon's effect, it gives a total of 465 EM. This Catalyst weapon also provides a 56% DMG bonus buff (R5) to teammates when the wielding character creates a shield, which is why this is the best weapon for EM scalers and also allows them to be an excellent damage buffer once they create shields.

Due to its good EM sub-stat, the Starcaller's Watch weapon will provide enough EM for Citlali to reach 1000 EM, making her shield strong enough to sustain attacks from enemies.
